Отличный отель ,но есть небольшие минусы Great hotel but a few downsides

We arrived early, at 9 am, we were warmly greeted, shown where the luggage room was and allowed to leave our luggage. Then the girl explained that at 10 am you need to go to the reception, they will put on bracelets for us and we can have a snack in the snack bar until the rooms are cleaned. We didn’t have a bite, but ate to satiety)))) From 10 am to 10 pm, pizza, shawarma, potato nuggets, fries, etc. are prepared in the snack bar. etc. On the territory of stalls with ice cream, with drinks, coffee in the range, fruits, sweets. At 12.00 we were settled in a two-room apartment. Everything is clean, well-groomed, there is a kettle, washing machine, TV, dryer. Accessories were always added to the bathroom. There were two sweets, two mineral waters, two juices and two beers in the refrigerator. This is provided once upon check-in for free! If you need an iron, they give it to the reception for free for an hour. Wi-Fi is paid everywhere. We went to the city (minibuses run every hour from the hotel -1.5 lev) and bought a 15 GB internet card for 20 lev and distributed it to three, it was enough for us for the whole vacation! The restaurant has excellent food, everything is there, fish and meat are different, vegetables in various forms, fruits, sweets, etc. etc. d. The food is delicious, but on the fifth day it became a little boring)) You can sometimes diversify a little, but this is not a minus, it is rather a wish) The pools are clean, the pond is beautiful with water lilies. Sunbeds on the beach are free! ! This rarely happens in Bulgaria. I liked it very much, but there is one minus: There are no events at all in the hotel! Animators are trying to earn their money, but everything is boring, the same thing every day, not interesting at all !! km from the city, then this is a big minus ! ! If there was at least a disco from 9 to 22.30, then it would be more interesting. At 20.00 there is a disco for children, imagine the same songs about a train and a watch for children from 2 to 5 years old, all 7 days. There is no beach animation, people are bored!! ! If it is finalized and corrected, then there will be no minuses at all!!! ! the staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, the food is super! !
