Accommodation in the private sector without meals. We lived in a spacious room with a shower, TV, refrigerator and a great balcony. They cleaned every day, changed the linen after a week, it was possible to wash, iron and, in general, one could turn to the hospitable hosts with any request. There are no problems with food there at all. Everyone chooses what they like. The streets are full of cafes and restaurants, everywhere they sell pizza, pancakes, donuts and duner (it's something like our shawarma, only with potatoes). All street food costs from 1.20 to 3 leva. The exchange rate is 1 euro = 1.92 leva.

The market sells very tasty tomatoes, peaches, watermelons. The prices, however, are ours - St. Petersburg. For example, peaches cost 3.20-3.50 leva per kilo. We fell in love with one restaurant "Teocli", where we dined every day. Delicious cuisine, good service, calm homely atmosphere - I highly recommend it, unless, of course, you are fans of noisy discos, etc. A good dinner for two costs about 18-23 leva. The local draft beer "Shumenskoe" costs the same everywhere - 1.50 liters. Cigarettes are expensive from 2.60 liters per pack, so take your cigarettes with you. Local wine is cheap, however, I did not find a good one.

The sea in Obzor is clean, the beach is sandy. A unique combination of mountain and sea climate! It's not hot in the evenings! We went to the mountains, ate blackberries, the air there is just a miracle, it seems that you can touch it. Go, you won't regret it. It turns out that until 1989 Obzor was a closed children's resort and construction was not allowed there. Be sure to visit the private archaeological museum. The owner is just amazing! Very interesting interlocutor and enthusiast. Obzor has never been excavated, ever! But it turns out that this is an ancient city, on the territory of which there was a large ancient temple and Roman baths. A huge fortress and a fortress wall were built, stretching 600 km to Belgrade. All this was destroyed by the communists in 1959! Stone was used to build roads, like that! We went on an excursion to Nessebor - an ancient city museum. The tour for two was 65 leva. In addition to Nessebor, we were shown a mountain Bulgarian village, where we were treated to national food, and wine could be poured without measure from barrels located on the territory of the restaurant. A cultural program was also organized there - entertainment for children, national Bulgarian songs and dances, you could make an earthen jug yourself, etc. Everything is great!

Obzor seemed to us a very cozy village, trade in various goods is organized everywhere, there is everything for the beach, and it’s cheaper than ours. In the evenings, free concerts are organized on the central square, various attractions for children (trampoline 10 minutes - 3 leva), etc. And yet - there is absolutely no theft, everything is very calm! Many tourists from all over the world speak different languages. Russian is understood, if difficulties arise, then you can switch to English. The Bulgarians seemed to me very cordial and hospitable. That, perhaps, is all. Yes, for two weeks in Bulgaria, my daughter and I spent 550 euros on food, excursions, entertainment and shopping. If you have any questions, write, maybe I'll tell you something.
