We booked a junior suite with them in March for July, talked with the manager until the day of arrival, flew in... and we were brought to a completely different hotel, naturally with different living conditions) without any warning. And as it turned out later, we were not alone! They collected reservations, and in June they were bought off for the whole summer for children, and without warning, people decided to settle in other hotels. After living a week in the hotel offered to us, we had to move out, as the living conditions and food left much to be desired. Thanks to the owners of the neighboring hotel, they found a room for us and the next week went off with a bang! By the way, managers work very well, always in touch, answer all questions.
