There are no complaints about cleaning and linen at all, it feels like the hotel is new, the only carpet is stained, but this is understandable in wet shoes, stains remain on the blue carpet, although cleaning is felt every day. In general, the feeling is more than positive!

We went in early July before the start of the mass summer season. By the way, the holiday season in Pomorie is July 15 -August 15. So if you go a little before or right after this time, you can save a lot. I managed to stay in that hotel for 105 euros per person (breakfast included - Swedish table). I was with my wife.

I was with my wife. The rooms are good, medium size, irregular geometric shape (complex 4-gon). From what I understand, all rooms are slightly different from each other. The sea view is superb. The beach is really 30 meters away. But it is not very good as there is a lot of shell rock. Go two beaches to the left of this, it's super.
I really liked the hotel. and now for the cons.
Wifi only works in the lobby.
breakfast is just awful. sausage entirely from soy or something like that, cheese as if from flour. vegetables and fruits are good. The yoghurt you could make yourself was good. coffee is normal. "juice" drink - yuppies made from preservatives.
The shower is ok. The air conditioning did not cool well, but in principle it was not needed.
We had lunch and dinner at restaurants along the coast. there the prices are very humane - pizza 2-3 euros, sach - 6-8 euros, soup 1 euro, beer 1-2 euros. Many dishes are enough for two to eat.
The hotel is 10 minutes from the bus station - you can go to the water park for free on a special bus. Back for 2-3 euros per person.

The Sunny Bay hotel disappointed us - it does not correspond to the European "three stars". The only plus of the hotel is its location: next to the sea (although across the road where cars drive), not far from the center, a bus stop. From the airport of Burgas - about 20 km.
There is no territory at all. Near the entrance there are cars through which you literally make your way.
The room, designed for two adults and a child, has a very uncomfortable layout: cramped, very narrow passage between the beds and the closet. It is impossible for three to go out onto the balcony - it is very crowded, only two plastic stools and a table. Despite the fact that the hotel was opened in 2007, everything is already shabby, the carpet is dirty.
The hotel staff is generally friendly, everyone speaks Russian. But the cleaning of the room is disgusting, for 2 weeks the linen was changed 1 time, towels - 4 times. The towels are dirty grey, with stains, like the linen. Carpeting is not vacuumed at all. Twice I saw cockroaches in the room, complained at the reception, asked to process the room. Then I saw a cockroach in a restaurant.
From food we had only breakfast. Everything is very monotonous, mediocre, we were not hungry, but we cannot say that it was delicious. A 3-year-old child ate muesli with yogurt, eggs and ham. At the end, "strike" - tired, like porridge. No entertainment at the hotel - neither for adults nor for children.
It is very convenient for small children to enter the sea, even with a little excitement it is comfortable to swim, quite clean water. Huge minus - dirty beach - a lot of cigarette butts!
Holidays in Pomorie are suitable for families with small children, especially if you go for a long time. Many rest for 2-3 months, but at the same time they rent apartments and rooms in the private sector in order to be able to cook on their own. Prices in Pomorie are very low, compared to Russian prices, both for food and for meals in cafes and restaurants. There are many attractions for children in the amusement park.
