The hotel boldly claims to be 4, although apparently it recently received an asterisk because they are proud of this captain's star. All of them are 4 and not 5! Just remember the Russian proverb in every barrel of honey - there is a spoon with..... The building was built and renovated. The staff is very friendly. We were in the main 9-storey building. There is also a new, 3-storey building. The rooms are a little better. It also has a SPA - I recommend it! The rooms in the main building are very cozy, fly in the ointment - small and cramped. But we don't play tennis in the room, do we? Only for deep sleep. The air conditioning worked quietly and coldly, unlike the refrigerator, which had to be turned off. For a child in the rooms there is an armchair bed. Good for a child, not so good for an adult. The bathroom is a separate song of ergonomics. Only 1 person. No bath! A shower with a curtain, a toilet close to the washbasin, so in the morning you can..... and wash at the same time. The body kit for the bathroom - Ravshan and Jomshut did 100 percent - every 2 days there were some kind of cataclysms, then the toilet leaked, then the curtain in the shower fell off, then the tent-dryer broke. But! On the first call to the reception or just a cleaning lady, you can say that everything was repaired right away. A peasant came running with a magic suitcase and immediately repaired everything. And so 2 weeks. At the expense of cleaning in the room - 5 can be safely put. Every day!! ! Very nice young lady - keeps order. In your absence, the beds were made, as the villain got dirty, the bed linen was changed - immediately. Towels changed every day. Moreover, there is no dryer towel on the balcony, a fixed rope in a shop on the main street solved all these issues, otherwise things can fly away safely from the balcony railing with the wind. The music in the neighboring hotel is very loud - you want to shoot the DJ - but at 11.00, as if on command, this roar stops, the silence is complete. And in front of the hotel, piglets were seen)). Animation is very scarce. 1 animator walks and entertains children and draws with them. But what kid would trade a pool company for an entertainer? Food - forget the diet!! ! My opinion: fed for slaughter. French fries - Colorado beetles are ashamed to look in the face now. Soups, meats, vegetables, fruits, drinks - that's all right - very tasty - although by the end of the second week....Well, apparently they got snickered at all, these Russian tourists)) Separately, I would like to say about ICE CREAM - always come and take it. Staff: retsepshen, always listen and help - if they understand. In the lobby bar - one barmaid is nimble, the second knock, knock - I myself will open the door. At the pool bar, the guys Bartenders work smartly - well done! The drinks are all very good - including alcohol - and they don’t need to speak broken English whiskey cola - they understand Russian perfectly)) The waitresses are very kind, those who arrive with the little ones immediately roll up a high chair and help set the table. I think this is very important for mothers with children. In general, the staff, too, strong 5. The sea - the first time I saw it, really golden sands. Fairy tale and lucky with the weather. To get to the sea you have to cross the Devil's Riviera. A small ferry runs across a small river. Ferryman Ivan. A very nice man - he knows Russian so you can chat with him. There are turtles and snakes in the river. I have not tried it, but Ivan says about the latter that they are not poisonous. The entrance to the sea is gentle, sandy. The sea is full of life. Crustaceans, fish, rapana, there are jellyfish - even one bit the villain, so be more careful with them. On the surf, people make masterpieces of urban planning out of sand. Children take an active part. The beach has football and volleyball. The beach is quite clean because. late in the evening we observed some semblance of cleaning there. An umbrella on the beach costs 5 leva, a sunbed is also 5 per day. The advice of all Bulgarian tourists is to go and buy an umbrella in the shop for 10 - 8 levs and a mat or towel for 8 levs. After the holidays, you can safely leave it there. Water park - go there in the first half of the day in the second you may encounter the fact that there are no sunbeds and there is a queue for the slide. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Slides class! There is a separate pool with slides for kids. But don't forget about safety! Restaurants - the fish restaurants are very tasty, especially the fish, but somehow monotonous. In an Arab restaurant on the way to the port, they waited 2 hours for food for the child - they never brought it. In "Nicholas I" Georgian cuisine - how bad it is to cook Georgian delicious cuisine - but there was a master, he only cooks sausages !! ! The appetite was ruined. Rescued Palachinki on every corner. "Good" in the cabin, it was warm, the ventilation does not work. Taking into account the fact that 40 percent of children are in the cabin. Although all's well that ends well. Forgive me for the truth, all those whom I offended. And moreover: The hotel is very good. Family vacation is very good. If the opportunity presents itself, I will go again, but not more than for a week. I really liked Bulgaria and the sea. Scoop - but in a good sense of the word!
