I had a rest from 02.07-11.07. 2011 Sunny Beach resort (SAT), hotel Atol.
In general, I had a great rest! At the expense of the Security Council itself, I, that they say “at the capture”.
Everywhere is clean, despite the fact that there are very few trash cans. they clean every evening, the beach - before sunset, and the streets and roads from about 5:30 to 8:30 are already clean. Tourists, of course, the Bulgarians are happy. Many of them know the Russian language, well, or at least try to understand what you are trying to convey to him, and if they don’t understand something, they smile sweetly and shrug : ). Bulgarian language if you try hard, you can try to guess what they say.

Beach. More than enough sunbeds and umbrellas. But the money is not small asking for these amenities. 1 sunbed - 7 leva (approximately 45 UAH), and 1 umbrella - also 7 leva (an umbrella is allowed for 4 sunbeds, it is not clear how, with the fact that only 2 sunbeds can fit under the umbrella), but there are those that do not used umbrellas and sunbeds, like us for example : ), and it was great on a blanket on a clean and soft sand. There are lifeguards on the beach, changing rooms, sort of like a first-aid post (I didn’t come in handy, I don’t know if it’s there), there is also a volleyball court, balloons, attractions (both for children and adults).
As for Atola (3 *)... The hotel, in principle, is 3 * so 3 *. We had both breakfasts and dinners (as ordered at the travel agency). But now I understand that it’s better not to order dinners at all, because. firstly, you are time dependent on the hotel, and secondly, 3 * remind you of yourself again - you didn’t like the food. Very clean, cleaned every day. When towels were changed, then they laid out bows, then storks, you come from the beach, and you got such a miracle from a towel - it pleases : ). In addition to the bed, the room has a TV, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, a table, a pouffe; toilet with shower combined; balcony with access either to the market, or to neighboring windows; In the restaurant and at the hotel reception, everyone is friendly, and if you talk to them, they will joke, and they will greet you with a smile and say “HELLO” to you, no matter how hard it is for them to pronounce it. By the way, there you choose lunch / dinner complexes for food, if you really want to, you can ask for supplements.
The hotel is very convenient, geographically located, despite the fact that it is the fifth line of hotels. There is a bus stop nearby (buses run to Nessebar, and even to nearby places from SB, the price is purely symbolic), the bazaar is also close. Nearby there is a supermarket "Mladost" (ask at the reception, they will tell you how to get there, the prices will pleasantly surprise you) go for 10-15 minutes. 10 minutes walk to the beach, along the main street.
Sea view from the window this can only be expected from first line hotels.
As for currency exchange, a little advice, change currency in booths with a yellow crown, the inscription "KROWN", they will exchange currency there at the best rate and issue a receipt for the exchange (it turns out everything is official : )).
P. S. Having been in Bulgaria, you should definitely try rakia, and the ice cream there is incredibly tasty.
Have a nice holiday!! ! : )
