The choice of the hotel was spontaneous, but taking into account the reviews of previous vacationers. We arrived at the hotel at 11.00-11.30 and sat steaming until 14.00 (it was cold in Kyiv in the morning, and hot in Nessebar). At 14.00 they gave me the key to room 306.
The room is large, two large and separate beds (it was our request), a wardrobe with 4 hangers. coffee table and sofa (old but comfortable). There was a telephone on the table, but there was not enough glass (they gave it to us), the remote control for the air conditioner (with batteries) - though we didn’t need it, because. we never turn on the air conditioner anywhere (we only pay for it! ) and an old TV without a remote control (there was nothing to watch, and we came to the sea, so we didn’t turn on the TV)
Under the table was a small refrigerator - standard. Toilet and shower room are combined. There was always toilet paper, soap (2 pieces) and 2 sachets of gel shampoo. Soap was enough for all 7 days. Sachets of gel for two days, they were no longer given, they were bought in Janet. The room was with a large balcony and dryer!! ! for linen, armchairs and a table are dirty, and the balcony was also not cleaned.
We took a tour with breakfast and dinner. The only breakfast you could eat with your own muesli was three tablespoons of dry oatmeal with raisins, a lot of milk and a disgusting-tasting liquid called "coffee" + a waffle and a green apple. Having bought normal muesli in Janet and adding it to those offered, we got a more or less edible breakfast. Instead of coffee, they asked for boiling water to steam the ground coffee. We were not denied. ) The most good dinner consisted of chicken (pork) skewers and Shopska salad. For dessert, a pancake with a huge amount of Nutella.
The sea was excellent - warm, without jellyfish. It was stormy for a couple of days. The sea was not 200 meters away), but... walk 15-20 minutes to the sea - this is normal) We found an excellent clean beach - nudist, in the evening it was always cleaned and there were no crowds of vacationers and in the sea itself you could swim on anyone without bumping).
On the first day we went to Lidl, it was 6 km from our hotel, but after 3-4 km the road only passes into the highway for cars. By roundabout ways (10 km) we reached it - an empty and dirty store - I do not advise, therefore, after walking back 10 km, we decided to go to the Janet supermarket (3 km) the next day. The store is excellent. There is a second Janet if you go towards the old Nessebar, but the choice there is many times less.
And, as for us, a significant disadvantage - the hotel is located next to the road and at the end of the street there is a children's camp. At night, everyone passing along this street considered it their duty to yell songs, shout to each other, being at a distance of 2 meters. Perhaps those guests who love air conditioning will not hear this, due to the closed balcony. I would especially like to thank our guide Tanya Mineva, Solvex company. Less than a day before departure, we had an insured event, we were promptly sent a doctor who examined and took us to the medical center of St. Nicholas, where a seashell thorn was removed from our leg and anti-tetanus serum was made).

I would especially like to note the hotel manager - Oleg. There was no language barrier at all. Any problem can be addressed, as far as possible, everything is solved very quickly. Many thanks! The impressions from the rest are the most beautiful, including due to the successful choice of the hotel.

The circumstances were such that until the last moment we did not know whether we could fly, so we chose a hotel from not expensive ones. This hotel was practically the most inexpensive, so after considering all the options and chose it. There are very few reviews of the hotel from Russian-speaking tourists, mostly English and Irish people write.
And so, I'll start from the beginning.
Tour operator: Balkan - express.
We rest with them not for the first time, no complaints. One "but". The hotel is located on a narrow street where it is difficult for a large bus to pass, so tourists are dropped off at the corner. We and the rest of the Dolphin hotel were dropped off at the Actinia hotel (quite far away). The guide took us 50 meters ahead and pointed out to our companions their hotel and turned to us. "And your hotel is located on that street (another 50 meters ahead), go over there across the road and your hotel will be a little further on the right side! " I was with my husband and adult son and knew exactly where the hotel was, so we were not stressed. I don’t know how I would have overcome this path being, let’s say, with two not very adult children and a suitcase, and even for the first time in Bulgaria. Probably would have experienced a slight shock from the prospect of not finding a hotel...
Airline: Bulgaria Air.
Flying with them for the first time. There are no claims to the crew. In both directions takeoff and landing at the highest level, 5 points for pilots. Flight attendants are attentive. The food on board is not very good. Bun, a piece of kashkaval and ham, butter, melted cheese, two slices of cucumber and a slice of tomato, biscuit biscuit. Everything is very cold. From drinks: tea, coffee, water. But we don't care about food.
Hotel:
The hotel has only 20 rooms. 1 apartment, 7 family rooms in which you can arrange 1 or 2 extra. places and 12 standard in 10 of which you can arrange 1 extra. a place. The hotel has 4 floors, there is no elevator. This is important for older people. Rooms overlook the street, pool and backyard. We lived on the 3rd floor in a family room overlooking the pool (there are only 3 such rooms). The room is big, very clean. In the room: two beds pushed together, two bedside tables, a coffee table, two ottomans, a table a la "writing", there is a TV on it (we had a large one, we saw a small one in the room on the 1st floor), it has a small refrigerator, above it has a large mirror, a wide sofa, a spacious closet. The hangers in the closet are all assorted, but there are so many. The bathroom is huge, the door from the side of the room is mirrored, it is not locked. In the bathroom: a sink, a mirror, a soap dish with soap, a cup for brushes (no shelf), a towel ring, a toilet, toilet paper (replenished daily), a brush, a trash can, a shower with a tray and a curtain, a hook for clothes, a bar for a large towels. Water poured out moderately from behind the curtain, which poured out into the drain hole in the floor. Because the bathroom is large, you only come up to the shower to wash, therefore, what did not merge did not interfere. no hair dryer. Sockets in the bathroom too. If you can use a hairdryer in the room, then what about the trimmer (husband wears bristles)? No problems! At the reception they gave us an extension cord. You can also borrow an iron there for free. Yes, there was also shampoo, 3 sachets, at the end they were not replenished. But we did not count on shampoo at all. Bed linen and towels are very clean, not torn, very good quality. Towels were changed every other day, but if necessary, I put them on the toilet lid and changed daily. Folded flowers, bows, karabliks, swans. The bed was changed 1 time on the 6th day of rest. They clean well, including on the balcony, I saw how they even wipe the pyril. In general, the first word that comes to mind in this hotel is cleanliness. We had a semicircular balcony. There are two chairs on it, a table, a dryer (take clothespins, the higher the floor, the stronger the breeze, it can carry away the linen... ). The air conditioner is good and quiet. The receptionist, Oleg, speaks very good Russian. The rest of the staff is mostly in English, but if you speak slowly, then everyone will understand and even fully answer in Russian. The hotel staff lives here, in a separate part of the hotel, which is very convenient. My son's sofa broke in the evening, in "anticipation" to spend the night in three on the bed (because the working day is already over (we had a sad experience with a broken toilet in Elenite in the evening)) we turned to Oleg at the reception and went for a walk. Everything was fixed by the time we got back! There are safes at the reception for extra. fee. for 10 days (the day of arrival and departure is not considered) we paid about 19 euros. The safe is opened with two keys, one for you and the other for the administrator. Until he opens with his key, you will not open the safe with yours. All "openings" are logged.
The pool is big enough for a hotel like this. They clean it every day. Birch trees grow around the pool, there are sun loungers and umbrellas, not very many, but there were always free ones. The hotel offers breakfast. Breakfast menu, you can choose one of five.
No. 1. bread, butter, ham, kashkaval, cheese, jam, cucumber, tomato, waffle.
No. 2. bread, scrambled eggs with ham cheese and mushrooms.
No. 3. sour milk, boiled egg, kashkaval, cheese, bread, butter, apple.
No. 4. English breakfast. 2 scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, a couple of small sausages, beans in tomato sauce, butter and toast.
No. 5. muesli with sour or regular milk and something else (we did not take this option.
For each option, a choice of tea or coffee (you can with milk). For some reason, drinks are brought before meals, but we asked to bring them after and there were no problems. The cafe is real from a coffee machine, tea from a baguette, but good. Everything is delicious.
In the restaurant you can have lunch and dinner, everything is very tasty and not expensive, the tables are on the street and inside. The food is actually cooked and not reheated. Portions are big. The restaurant is often and regularly visited by vacationers from other hotels.
The hotel is located on a quiet street in the southern part of the resort. At 22.00, when the fun has not yet begun in the center, there is already silence here.
When we arrived at the hotel there were Englishmen, Bulgarians, Russian speakers, there were Germans in front of us. When Russian-speaking tourists left, they occupied 15 of the 20 rooms. Bulgarians lived in one room, Englishmen lived in two of the remaining two: an Irishman (former ours) and a couple from Israel. Therefore, I am surprised that the hotel has so few reviews in Russian.
Beach: Cocoa Beach.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Across the road, then through the Dolphin Hotel and along the wooden footbridges across the dunes. Despite the end of August, the footbridges are in excellent condition. Only the rubbish around is depressing. The beach this year seemed to me unnecessarily dirty, although we sunbathed in a paid area, which is cleaned. It's scary to think what's going on in the free zone. There are a lot of cigarette butts in the sand. Seeing HOW tourists litter, I generally doubt that it can be removed... The water was warm, there were few and rare algae, but jellyfish "pleased" regularly. There were a lot of them on the penultimate day of our vacation. I was afraid to swim, and my son swam and touched a huge purple jellyfish with his foot - he got burned... But there can be no complaints about the sea, this is a living organism that lives its own life. Here, tourists would still not throw cups and wrappers, it would be great.
I can recommend this cozy family hotel for couples, alone and with children. Yes, there is a playground for children. I didn’t see what was there behind the birches, but the children played and periodically carried toys. For the elderly (I remind you that there is no elevator in the hotel), I would recommend writing to the hotel and asking to leave a room for them on the 1-2 floor.

This is simply the most beautiful hotel! Very well located, close to the center of Sunny Beach (where it is very noisy), but at the same time in a quiet area. Very close to Nessebar (in 2 stops). Upon arrival, he quickly arranged and placed us, helped to convey things. We lived on the 2nd floor, the windows overlooked the courtyard, where the garden, but this did not spoil the view, because everything is very beautiful, clean, right on the eye was happy : )... to go to the sea literally 10 minutes slowly, and quickly reached in 5. The sea and the beach are the cleanest! In the morning, 5 types of breakfasts are offered for your choice, the waiter will bring everything within 3-4 minutes. Everything is insanely delicious, fresh and satisfying. There are many cafes around the area with adequate prices and very large portions). We will definitely come back here again and again!! ! I recommend. You will not regret: )

If I were the owner of the hotel, I would be proud of such employees, because the first thing that opens up before us as tourists is the reception staff - this is the visiting card of any hotel. Many thanks to you all.
