The hotel was chosen according to such criteria as cost and proximity to the beach. A second coastline was announced, and so it was. We were settled for a long time, we arrived early, at 6 am, and settled at 14:00. I think that it was necessary to warn us in advance that check-in takes place at such a time, then, knowing this, we would take things with us and could go to the beach or somewhere else, otherwise we sat in the lobby until 14:00on things. The hotel did not offer to leave things, did not offer to go into the territory and, let's say, start to relax. So, we lost half a day, I was already in the hall and slept after a hard road : ) I would like to be warned about the time of settlement, so that people know what to expect. There was one more thing that spoiled my holiday a little. Of course, this is my first time in such a hotel, I understand that this is 2 stars, but when you go into the shower, and there are 2 huge cockroaches on the wall, this is too much for a 2 * hotel, in my opinion, it seems to me that this is not quitefine. Moreover, our room was located not on the ground floor, not near the kitchen, but in general in another wing.....Maybe someone can tolerate it normally, but I'm not normal, I went to the reception, gave them a tantrum there. It seems to be trifles, but disgusting and terribly not pleasant. I understand that this is 2 *, that there are a lot of people, but sanitary standards are not observed there at all. The room seems to be clean, it seems to be cleaned, but such a nuisance.... It seems to me that if you check the kitchen from the inside, then there will be many questions for it. In Bulgaria, we went to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, they have problems with cleanliness everywhere, there is dirt around, which is visible to the naked eye. A little, in this regard, I was disappointed. The beach was free, but also dirty, maybe this can be attributed to the end of the season, or maybe not, but there are a lot of cigarette butts on the beach. Our tour included only breakfasts, food, in principle, was normal, the food was not familiar to Ukrainians, Bulgarian, but we were not hungry. The service is normal, they paid attention to us, the only thing we could not interrogate was a hairdryer and an iron, it turns out that this is such a problem, it is strange that in such a large hotel it was so difficult for us to provide it. If I had known, I would have taken it with me. At the reception they said that they stole everything.... It seems to me that it is necessary that there be such things if they are stolen. . . then let them issue it on record or something. . . The territory of the hotel is not bad, the nature is beautiful, the pool is on site. In addition to the pool, there was nothing: no animation, no slides, no playground, there was nothing for children to do there at all! And in general, the feeling that the Soviet Union has not yet completely left Bulgaria. There are a lot of shops everywhere, since it is Sunny Beach, there are many entertainment venues nearby: bars, restaurants, discos, so it was quite noisy, but we knew this and it didn’t bother us. We generally had a rock cafe nearby, and we listened to rock until one in the morning. If it weren’t for the cockroaches that ruined my vacation, I would have given them 10 points, otherwise it’s not higher than 7 points. . .
