First the pros:
Quiet place away from discos and bars;
the beach is very close (really the first line), so you can borrow sunbeds from the pool on the territory, and just go to the beach to swim;
nearby is a ZORA supermarket with a culinary department, if you are too lazy to go to a cafe;
Not far from the resort of St. Vlas (2.5 km along the highway, that is, half an hour on foot), so we went there "for reconnaissance", fruit is much cheaper there and there is more choice, and nice restaurants.
Minuses:
narrow and not very clean beach with a rocky entrance to the sea;
between Karina and Helena 5 * something like a skunk river flows (as I understand it, the runoff of water from irrigation of the territories);
We were given a room with a view of the road and the construction site, although the agency assured us that all rooms had a sea view;
a modest buffet, on the 4th day they broke a toaster for bread, they did not provide a new one;

the rooms are equipped with a kitchen unit, but there is no elementary utensils (only a kettle, 2 cups and 2 glasses;
room cleaning is very symbolic, towels were changed when they remember or when you remind, but they must be 1 time in 3 days;
the room periodically stank of sewage (but I heard that it was like that almost everywhere)
Summarizing all of the above, you can add:
if you are ready to relax and are very unpretentious in everyday life - go for it... but personally, I realized that for the same money you can quite find something better (for example, Bora Bora or Blue Bay)
