I didn’t like the bed linen, it looks like synthetics, it’s very slippery, it constantly got off. Disgusting little pillows. When checking in for three, they gave a bar of soap and 2 shampoos. No more replenishment. There is no shower gel. A German friend lived in the Tsvete building. The number is identical to ours. Knocked out 2 bars of soap and 2 shampoos for 4! only on the third day of stay))) Safe paid-24 euros for 10 days. Internet is paid and only in Flora's lobby. The food is good. Alcohol is disgusting. Good alcohol - for a fee. In restaurants, the service is good, but often the dishes come across with chips. For my birthday, they gave me a bottle of cheap wine. For a fee, by order of friends, they organized a table setting in a restaurant with balloons, fireworks, flowers, champagne and a cake. The territory is huge, fenced, guards at the entrances. The pools are really smaller than in the photos, all are quite small, located 100 meters from each other. Until you find a child, you will erase your legs))) We took this hotel, including because of the slides. The son is disappointed - the green one is very slow, no one rode from it, but the yellow-short one will stare back and forth)) I don’t know why the Bulgarians call this hotel on the first coastline, it’s really the second line. You have to cross the road to the sea (albeit a quiet one), walk past other hotels (really on the first line) and the promenade. To the free zone on the beach another 80 meters on the side. in general, the sea is close, but in my understanding the first line is different. The hotel is only for families with small children in my opinion. Young people have nothing to do in the evening. The bar is closed at 23:00, the lights are turned off in the lobby at 23:30. No discos and parties on the territory. there are many activities during the day, but they are very quiet. There is a schedule on the board and the animators according to this schedule crawl around the territory. No one will invite you to a game or a training session. If you want, look for where it takes place. Or grab an animator and say what you want to do - he will organize. At lunch, German families play board games in the bar. Drinking beer is somehow uncomfortable. . . but we overcame ourselves))) Golf clubs, balls, balls for Bocha are given for 40 minutes on bail of 20 lev.
