Ужасный отель с быдло персоналом Terrible hotel with rude staff

We visit Bulgaria with friends often, we never read or write reviews, because everyone has their own evaluation criteria, but this hotel made such a terrible impression on all of us that I decided to write a review for the first time. 600€ per person for an overnight stay for 10 days. Arriving at the hotel and checking into the rooms, we were really shocked. The hotel itself is very dirty, inside it stinks of slop, the floors are washed, pouring some kind of smelly water on the floor, then they smear the dirt with a mop. There are cigarette butts everywhere, there are dirty dishes, the rooms themselves are shabby, the paint peels off, the sewage system is clogged, water is almost not flushed in the toilet, linen is not changed at all !! ! The smell throughout the hotel is, you want to puke. We carried all the spirits into the rooms. To change the linen, you must personally go to the reception and ask. We didn’t want to swear, so as not to spoil our vacation, so we disappeared all the time on the beach, ate in restaurants, walked around the city. With great reluctance, they returned to spend the night in this dump, in the morning they immediately ran away again. We don’t know what they feed there, we even disdained to try, once I went in for water to take a pill, there is such a queue from the stairs that I somehow squeezed through to the kettle near which there was a puddle of water. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is located on the first line by the sea, but this does not save him at all.
The staff has no idea about the rules of the hotel.
Next time we will study the hotel more carefully before leaving.
