We chose the hotel by chance, finding it among the hot offers. And they never regretted it. We went as part of: 2 adults and a baby 1.4 years old.
We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock in the morning, check-in, as elsewhere, starts at 14.00, but the hotel, knowing that we were traveling with a small one, prepared the room in advance. The hotel was not too busy and preparing the room in advance was no problem for them.
We got a room on the second floor, with windows facing the sea, but it was not visible, of course. At the same time, our balcony overlooked the restaurant of the neighboring hotel Kotva. But this did not cause any inconvenience to us personally. Until 10-11 pm the restaurant has pleasant live music, it is not noisy at night. For all the time there was a big party only once, but even then a maximum of 12 at night. Right in front of our balcony, a thuja grew, covering us from prying eyes. I think we were very lucky and we got the most successful room.

The staff is very friendly, they speak confident Russian 3. They cleaned the room every day and very well. On the second night we had an emergency, the child got poisoned and stained a lot of bed linen and towels... In the morning we took off the linen and left 5 levs. Linen and towels were changed for us, swans were wound up... And the maid always checked the linen, if it was dirty, she always changed it. Towels are changed every 3 days, but if you pay, they will change outside the schedule. We were more than satisfied in terms of cleaning.
We took only breakfast, because we knew that in Bulgaria there is very tasty food everywhere and we didn’t want to be tied to our restaurant. Breakfast was continental, nothing supernatural, but never left hungry. They always served scrambled eggs, every other day fried eggs or scrambled eggs; boiled pasta; sausages boiled, fried; sausage of 2-3 types (not tasty), also boiled and fried, or just raw; cheese; butter; milk; 3 types of dry breakfasts; very tasty cake; apples and oranges; cut from vegetables; buns....We dined at the restaurant only once, and were satisfied!
The hotel belongs to Sunny Beach, but is in fact located in the middle between SB and Nessebar... Which is just wonderful!! ! In the SB itself it is very noisy, there is "movement" all the time. In the same place where our hotel is located, everything is already quiet, an ideal place for people looking for a relaxing holiday. At the same time, you can easily diversify your vacation by going on a cultural and historical independent excursion to the old Nessebar or rush to the SB for a club party. Every evening we enjoyed walking to the old town along the promenade. Directly in front of the hotel there is a parking lot, a bus stop and a train station. . . Nearby is a European supermarket Penny with very pleasant prices. A small problem is only in terms of eating... It is far from the center of the SB, so there are not enough restaurants, and the prices are higher, but still not expensive. We ate at the restaurant "Bulgaria" most often - the service and cuisine are beyond praise. Very tasty pizza was in the Pub.
About the beach. The beach is sandy, it is still 300-500 meters from the hotel, but there are not enough hotels on the first coast on the Sat. But the walk is not long and for the most part this distance is due to the wide dunes. There are paid and free beaches. On the beach for a fee, the controller is simply magical, on the very first day he told us if you were leaving for lunch, and then someone took your place - take any other one, I won’t take the fee again, it was! We have never had to pay for a seat twice.

So we were not mistaken in choosing a hotel and a place in general! We loved it so much we will be back with our kids!
