I rarely write reviews, but when they themselves decided to relax abroad, I searched the entire Internet and realized how grateful I am to all those who leave reviews on the sites. Thank you all for helping us so much!! ! Now I myself decided to warn those who are interested in this hotel. If you have not decided yet, then, perhaps, choose another hotel, and if, like us, the tour operator managed to sell it and book it without the right to refuse, then do not be discouraged - you will still have a great rest. The location of the hotel is excellent - the first line, sea views and near the center, the local "Broadway" and the embankment, all the entertainment. This is a plus. "Cons" - very noisy at night, even if the closed windows do not overlook the sea and on the 11th floor!! ! They clean the rooms badly, somehow, without a tip they don’t wash the table, they don’t take out the garbage, and even with a tip it’s no better! If you have meals included, then, of course, you won’t stay hungry, but compared to the variety of the buffet in Egypt, it’s just meager. As everyone says - variety is only for dinner, breakfast - an egg in all forms and sausages, buns and tasteless coffee. By the way, we drank coffee after breakfast downstairs in the bar for 2 leva - very tasty. And we also very much regretted that we did not take our camping small electric kettle with us - for dinner you are not given a drop of liquid for free, only wine, juice, cold drinks and everything at double the price. So it’s better to go to the embankment in cafes, even in the evening everything is not cheap there. And the most unpleasant thing, someone also wrote about this earlier, the dishes in the dining room are really dirty, all the cups are stained. Foreigners, handsome old men, frown, put the dishes aside, but the staff sees everything and does not react, they are already fine. And the most ridiculous and incomprehensible thing is the absence of teaspoons. Why? Who knows them? Sugar was stirred with large tablespoons : ) . Something like that. But, by and large, these are all trifles - we had a great rest and now we want to rest only in Sunny Beach, but never again in this hotel !!! !
