Well: ! euro - 1.91 lev, 1 dollar 1.55 lev.
We went through the company News Travel, their representative in Bulgaria, the company Go 2Holiday. There were 2 adults and a 3 year old.
So everything is in order:
Meeting at the airport: Go 2Holiday - if other companies stood with a sign so that it could be seen, then our agent kept it in the torso area, and we could not find it for a very long time.
Check-in: at 14:00 and not a minute earlier. Moreover, if in Turkey and Egypt they immediately put on a bracelet on you, then here only when you check in. Well, at least they fed us lunch, but it was we who ate the brain of the administrator and they let us in for lunch (it just ends at 2)

Rooms: we lived in room 115. Almost all of them are the same, and if at the beginning we didn’t like the first floor, then we realized that it’s not so bad, because the air conditioners work poorly, and it’s cool on the first floor. Studio rooms all overlook the sea (02.03), as well as rooms 01 and 04. But if you paid for the studio, this does not mean that you will be accommodated there, we had such a couple. A photo of the room is attached. Sofa for a child is very unfortunate.
The staff is very slow everywhere. 16 rooms are cleaned, or rather they take out the garbage and change towels, 2 people, but they give soap and shampoo only after a reminder, they made the bed themselves, so I won’t say how they make it. They clean disgustingly, three days before leaving, we killed a beetle (black) on the wall, the walls are light - I hope it was removed at least for the next settlers : ) They tried to leave a tip - the cleaning is the same, so they scored on this matter. The bartenders are also very slow, especially when the all inclusive ends.
All inclusive - breakfast from 7 to 10, lunch from 12 to 14, afternoon tea from 16 to 17 for afternoon tea - cookies, tea, coffee, cocoa and ice cream, dinner from 18 to 21 and a bar from 10 to 22. No snacks during the day no, and by the way, tea and coffee are given to you only for breakfast and afternoon tea. They have two all inc. - one includes sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, the other does not (we didn’t have), as our guide Alexander (rude type) explained to us, they signed an agreement with news travel without sun loungers. The cost of an umbrella is 8 lev, a sun lounger 8 lev - quite expensive, it's good that there is a free lane by the sea where you can lie on your towel. By the way - beach towels are not issued, but this is not uncommon for Bulgaria.
The food is monotonous, and if in the first week they really served bacon for breakfast, then only "chunks" of bacon were served. Fruits were served in a zhlobsky way: they took out 10 peaches, they were snapped up and wait another half an hour until the next ones, there are no complaints about the watermelon. If you go for a week it's ok. But there are a lot of goodies around - donuts 12 pcs. - 4 leva, ice cream, pizza 3 leva, McDonald's, etc. , many cafes with reasonable prices, prices are much lower than in Kiev, so you will not stay hungry.

Beach - beauty - sand, water, sun - everything is very wonderful. The beach is cleaned, but near the Grand Hotel for some reason they have never been cleaned for 3 weeks.
Excursions - went to the Bulgarian village - 50 leva per person - interesting, but not AH. Moreover, there are several "Bulgarian villages" - while waiting for the bus, we met a girl from another hotel, she was taken to another bus (from another company) and they did not see her in our Bulgarian village. In Old Nessebar - an excursion 40 leva, by public transport 1 lev, by boat - 10 lev. Drive 15 minutes. Nothing remarkable, one lion and go. The whole city is full of shops with clothes, bags, magnets, in general, all sorts of nonsense, which is enough on the embankment.
The embankment is our Troyeshchyna bazaar, however, between the stalls with things, there are cafes (there are barkers in each cafe), they sell various goodies and fruits. There are many attractions for adults and children, for children all attractions are 4-5 leva.
Animation in the hotel is neither for adults nor for children. The kids' club is a separate issue - it's a small dark room in which on the right side there are tables with pencils and puzzles for children, and on the left side there are barrels of beer.
The hotel is neither for families with children, nor for the elderly, nor for young people, only for people who accidentally got into it.
You can safely go to three stars, and if you don’t really need a bar, then take breakfast and enjoy the sea and the sun. Next to the grand hotel, Astoria Hotel, Briz and Avliga - 3*, and Eagle 2* look much better and also the first line.
