Good afternoon. I never thought I would be writing hotel reviews. My wife and a small child and I decided to relax by the sea, we chose Bulgaria because of a short flight. But after staying in this hotel, I want to warn you - PEOPLE never rest in this hotel!! ! I don’t want to describe all this horror for a long time, I can only say that the food sucks, I have never seen such dirty dishes even in the cheapest canteen as a student, the rooms are cleaned 2 times a week, the towels are dirty, the linen in the hotel is torn!! ! There are no juices at all, diluted sugary drinks like yuppies. But the worst thing is that for dinner any water is PAID. That is, if you want to drink their smoked sausages in the evening, pay 1 lev. if you want tea, 2 levs, etc. The staff does not speak Russian AT ALL. There is no food for the baby! For breakfast all 10 days there was scrambled eggs with sausages for dinner, soy cutlets and steamed vegetables. The only plus of this hotel is the water slides, but the Bulgarians managed to spoil this plus. The pool opens strictly at 9:30 and closes at 18:00. If you want to swim, go to the sea. Slides open in the heat at 12 o'clock and work until 15-30. T. e. when adequate people have waited out the very heat and want to ride the slides with the children, they are already turned off !! ! I was also struck by the beach of Sunny Beach, it is naturally paid for a sunbed and an umbrella, you need to pay 16 lev. No showers or toilets! After I asked the person who collected the payment for the sunbeds where they go to the toilet and why there is no minimum service, he advised me to go to the toilet in the sea. The desire to swim was completely gone. In general, complete crap.
