We stayed at this hotel in July 2007. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything good about him . . although I don’t like to complain. I will write briefly about the shortcomings:
1. The rooms are not cleaned. And if they clean it, it is absolutely imperceptible. : ( During the 2 weeks of staying at the hotel, they didn’t bother to change the bed even once. They tried to ask, put a tip for the maid on the bed, resent and swear in the end....but in vain....they pretend to understand you, but do nothing. One fine day, after returning to the room after the beach, they found bed linen sets on the beds. . . they say, change them yourself.
Towels are changed every other time. Again, until you growl!
You will laugh, but you even had to buy toilet paper yourself.
2. The water drain did not work in the bathroom. Every day we were fed "breakfasts" that everything would be fixed... but for 2 weeks we had to suffer, because there were not enough nerves to beat our heads against the wall.

3. They fed terribly! Every morning a monotonous buffet. And the food is not always fresh. Thank God that we had a ticket only with breakfast!
4. Mostly German teenagers rested in the hotel. They did whatever they wanted. Arranged walkways with fights at night, beat bottles right next to the pool! Sleep was impossible! And there was no control over them!
The review is completely negative! But you can't throw away the words from the song!
The pool was a plus. Very nice, big enough and clean. Those. this was carefully monitored. There is no sea in Bulgaria....shallow and dirty....there was no desire to swim, so the pool was a real salvation. In other hotels there was either no pool at all, or a lousy one. Therefore, we were very lucky with the pool. Moreover, the heat was terrible, the water in the pool was so cool... just a fairy tale!
We were on the beach 5-6 times at most....after all, we came to the sea....but, frankly, the impression is depressing! The sea is bad, sunbeds and umbrellas are paid, there is a crowd of people around! So it's better and more pleasant to spend time by the pool. The only thing I advise in the morning before breakfast is to take good places and take umbrellas....because there are not enough of them for everyone!
From good impressions, I would like to mention Nessebar. Went there several times! Wonderful old town by the sea. We regretted that we did not go to rest there! And the sea is better there, and the prices in cafes and restaurants there are lower than in Sunny Beach....and there is no crowd of abnormal, always drunk teenagers scurrying back and forth and interfering with a normal rest. Therefore, if you want a more peaceful, peaceful holiday, I advise you to opt for Nessebar. Even if you want noise and parties, you can take a ride to Sunny Beach, it's a 15-minute drive from Nessebar.
In general, the rest turned out to be a "C grade". And not as economical as expected. The prices in Bulgaria are still the same! So, dear travelers, the choice is yours! Of course, they don’t argue about tastes, but I’m unlikely to go to Bulgaria again to relax!

I will gladly answer your questions.
