We didn't receive anything that was promised. On the websites, it (the hotel) is marked somewhere with three stars, somewhere with four, in fact there are only two of them, hence all the problems. And now in order; we had a two bedroom suite that cost like a space rocket but turned out to be garbage, literally. Our first room was on the first floor and it stank like an old dump. When we refused to check in and said that we would sit in the lobby, they answered us: “Well, sit down. ” I have traveled to many countries, but I have never seen such rudeness anywhere. As an experienced tourist, I immediately called the representative of the tour operator (balkanexpress) and at night I was advised to wait until the morning, by the way, I do not advise using their services. In the morning, battles began for what they paid for. The representative of the Balkan Polina fought with us for 4 whole days. Then we were relocated. The second number was also all broken, but it did not stink and I stopped fighting. A big thank you to Polina. Room amenities are also very poor. International rules are not followed. Neither in relation to furniture, nor in relation to utensils. After all, these are apartments. There was constant water in one bathroom (shower was leaking). In general, the vacation is ruined and we don’t have a foot in Bulgaria anymore.

Convenient location - 3 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the bus stop. The building is located in a circle, which creates a cozy home environment by the pool, i. e. there are no strangers. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. Nothing superfluous, the furniture is modest, but new. There is a large sofa bed in the living room.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment. Nothing superfluous, the furniture is modest, but new. There is a large sofa bed in the living room. If you do not expect any miracles, everything is very worthy. Lame only cleaning. Initially, before our check-in, no one prepared the room at all, and it looked like they had not lived there for a long time before us. There was a sea of dust. Then they washed it too badly, the beach sand did not disappear at all and it smelled like a dirty rag after cleaning, and not freshness. There were a lot of things that were declared in the room, and in particular - a hair dryer, microwave, washing machine, iron and refrigerator. Instead of a refrigerator, a small empty mini-bar. You can’t really put anything in it and it doesn’t get cold at all. This is the only thing we really missed. But this is rather a defect of the tour operator, who promises too much. Rather, it is, but not in all rooms. There were also no toiletries, not even paper. It was provided upon request. Towels were changed only after 5 days and also on request. And linen even later.
Our windows overlooked the outer courtyard, under them there was a garbage dump, which made itself felt in the mornings with the arrival of a garbage truck. Free, so to speak, alarm clock)))) No safe at the reception, no exchange office. But the owner of the hotel can change the currency, at a rate even slightly higher than ordinary exchangers. True, he is not always on the spot. The reception also leaves much to be desired, they smile a little there. Neither Russian nor English is spoken properly.
But a wonderful cafe - cheap and delicious food there!

If everything that I have described for you is not a disadvantage, then you can safely go there. There will be no big disappointments.
