The hotel is located in the southern part of the resort. To begin with, this hotel has three categories of rooms: 2*, 3*, 3+*. Since we were very pressed for time, there was no time to sort through the vouchers. Leaving on this trip, we thought that we were going to 3 *, and upon arrival we were given a key to a 2 * room. I was immediately upset, and when we examined the room in detail, there were only two tangible shortcomings in it: there was no air conditioning and clothes dryer. Not the first freshness furniture (all absolutely serviceable, no complaints) and the "sovdepovsky" bathroom (shower without a cabin, just on the floor; there is no hair dryer, of course) did not affect the rest. The room had 2 large beds, 2 bedside tables, 1 small sofa (for children), 1 wardrobe and 1 table with a large mirror, 2 plastic chairs on the balcony. Everything in the hotel is almost perfectly clean, the corridors and rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every 3-4 days (if you leave a tip for the maid on the bed, she will not only change the towels out of turn, but also lay them out like a butterfly), bed change twice less often (tip 2 leva and help here). 300-400 meters to the beach, easy to find. The pool is not very big, clean, there is a "paddling pool" for very small ones. The contingent of the hotel: Ukrainians, Russians, Germans, British, Poles, Hungarians and the Bulgarians themselves. The dining room is clean and the staff is very friendly. We only had breakfasts and they did not impress with their variety, but we always found something to get enough of. Fruit was not enough, but otherwise everything was more than acceptable. We visited almost all the surrounding restaurants and tried many different dishes (all portions are large, on average, 400 grams each) and cocktails (everywhere they give two for the price of one), but of those that are closer, I liked the Azuro bistro most of all ( good service and a good musician), and from those that are a little further we were simply struck by the "Bansko" mechanic (unsurpassed quality of service, pleasant prices and colorful design), it is located near the "Europe" hotel, find it and you will not regret it! . . If next year we go to Sunny Beach again, we will stay in the same hotel again, only in a room with air conditioning. . . : )
