Disdainful, careless, cheeky attitude towards others - "we are the masters of life here. " Shameless, wild children (they do not make remarks to them in any cases), i. e. if your child does not jump like crazy in the pool and on the playground - your problems if he is pushed. In response to requests and comments, they make you guilty. God forbid, take someone's toy lying by the pool! Thank God, they practically don’t go to the sea - you have to pay for sunbeds there, and you won’t jump like in a pool, you won’t break your head, it’s not interesting! Young people walk around with broken heads / broken noses / bandaged hands - and continue to rest as if nothing had happened! I WOULD NEVER THOUGHT THE GERMANS WERE THESE.
Information about the hotel: changed linen often, towels - every day. We didn't have much to take away. Breakfast is boring but standard. Dinner is delicious and varied. To the sea 5 min. Kopus is not on the road, there is a place to let the child go without holding his hand. But the playground is modest to horror. Quiet, hotel on the outskirts, 20 minutes walk to the center with a child. From the positive, everything.

In the pool, towels are not issued, sun loungers are often broken. There is no air conditioning in the room, lobby, restaurant - it's uncomfortable to sleep, it's scary to open the balcony in the absence of us in the room, in the evening - mosquitoes, flies, butterfly nets; in the restaurant in the hall it is impossible to eat stuffy to the point of horror, on the open terrace - flies and bees, the child simply refused to eat. The minibar in the room is a miracle of technology, it warmed rather than cooled. The toilet room is 1x1.5 m, you can’t turn around with a child - mold on the ceiling and on the floor in the corners. The staff at the reception is indifferent - "we are not a desk of information", "we are not a left-luggage office" - this is my first resting place, where they were evicted at 12 noon and until 17 noon my suitcase was in the middle of the hall, and the child and I were walking, waiting for departure . In the room, the maid stole money from me (there is no one else) - for 3 hours that we went for a walk on the sea on the day of departure - from things lying on the bedside table and prepared for the journey. Hryvnia! It’s good that I rented a safe immediately upon arrival (35 euros), I kept all the documents / money there - a plastic folder with A4 documents did not fit there, I had to fold it in half!
