Magnolia is indeed located in the very heart of the SB, although the area nearby has not yet been equipped... On the sides of the hotel there are two old hotel complexes - PARK and CRYSTAL - against their background, the new Magnolia looks simply fabulous. A small cozy hotel - 4 floors, with 6-7 rooms on 3 floors. First floor - reception, several tables, TV, access to a small garden also with tables (very nice and cozy). The rooms are decorated in delicate light green tones, all with balconies. Our room: two beds (with very soft mattresses), a bedside table with a mirror, a bedside table, a wardrobe, plastic furniture for the balcony (table, chairs). The toilet is combined with a shower - everything is very small. Plumbing is new (for all the time there were no failures). But one huge "but" - the lack of a shower stall, ie. the shower space is separated from the total area of the toilet (that is, from the sink, toilet and several square meters) - only by a small side. As a result - in order to wash and not fill everything with water - you have to go out. Although, we quickly got used to this only inconvenience.
Towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen - every 6 days. If you have been forgotten, immediately report it to the reception. Room cleaning (mopping, garbage removal) is done every day around noon. Since the hotel is **, everything is on the list: a kettle, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a safe - all this is NOT (the problem is also easily solved with the help of an imported hair dryer, a boiler and a container for heating water). The hotel is very neat, pleasant - without chic, but quite consistent with its **. At night, the front door is closed - from 24.00 to 7.00 in the morning (but don't be scared - getting inside is not a problem: there is a bell at the entrance, at the signal of which the duty officer will let you into the night shift at any time).
