Good afternoon!
I want to share my impressions about the trip to Bulgaria. So, let's start from the beginning: we bought a tour with an air flight from Kyiv at a very attractive price, so we immediately decided that the hotel would not be super-duper - officially it is 4 *, but in reality, as we thought, corresponds to a normal three-ruble note. the flight was difficult, we were herded into a bus that was supposed to take us to the plane and kept there for 45 minutes, packed like a herring, with children in our arms, without air conditioning, for some reason we were not given permission to take off (as it turned out, the plane was changed, there were some troubles). But Thank God we flew quickly, and then it started again ....The airport in Burgas is small and old, and when we entered the room, we were shocked, folks ...dark darkness, as it turned out, several planes landed at the same time - Kyiv, Tatarstan, Moscow and who the hell knows...I have my sleepy daughter in my arms, and it was unrealistic to stand in line with her for 1.5 hours.
With grief in half, we made our way out of the queue, while listening to a bunch of discontent and swearing from drunken Muscovites, but we passed. But there were about 30 of us who were supposed to go by transfer to hotels, and we waited for the rest for another hour and a half. In short, hungry and angry somehow got to the hotel. They placed us quickly, BUT the next morning, after sleeping, I suddenly realized that they gave us a room that was not the one that we ordered, instead of a studio we were settled in a standard room. I went to the reception desk, the girl pretended not to understand me, as a result she solved the problem through a guide and we were moved to our studio overlooking the sea on the same day. Large room, sea view from large balcony. The hotel is very well located - right on the beach.

The room has a double bed and a folding chair, which constantly tried to fold itself when one of the adults lay down on it))) In the bathroom there are NO bath accessories such as shampoo, shower caps, as is usually offered even in the most seedy hotel. There is only liquid soap, which they never replenished during the 12 days of our stay. Not even a glass for toothbrushes either. Towels were changed when we threw them on the floor, bed every 3 days, cleaned every day. We left 2 leva for cleaning, once we left 1 lev - we didn’t take it (probably offended). The air conditioning did not work for several days, then they fixed it. Meals: we bought a tour with breakfast only, had dinner there a couple of times and had lunch once - supplement for dinner is 15 leva per person. We did not like breakfast - every day the same thing, the range was unchanged - pasta, eggs, sausages, concentrate juices (like yuppies), coffee from the machine. Outside, the cook was frying pancakes and eggs.
In general, after a couple of days, it all turned out. They have better lunches and dinners - they gave fruits, fried sausages, all sorts of salads. The sun loungers by the pool are constantly occupied by elderly Germans, as they say, "whoever got up earlier, that and slippers", but since we couldn’t lie with a 2-year-old child, it didn’t bother us, we floundered with her in the paddling pool, while she won't get bored. I have never seen the pool cleaned, and by the end of the holiday there was nothing but garbage and leaves and sand. I wonder what will happen to him by the end of the season? On the sea, a wide beach and the same wide area of sunbeds - pretty expensive 24 leva 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. Or you can take only an umbrella for 8 leva and lie on your own bedding. If you want it for free - lie down at the end of the beach for sun loungers.
O! I forgot the most interesting thing, their elevators live their own lives, you press down - they go up or even stop on each floor, like trams, sometimes they rode for 15 minutes.
The elevator stuffiness, air conditioning is not provided, however, as in the restaurant. Save on everything. But as they say, as they paid, they received. In general, we did not pay attention to these little things, did not quarrel with anyone and got a lot of pleasure from the rest. We liked Sunny Beach, but we are unlikely to go to this hotel again. There are some very good hotels nearby. And yet, we really liked this part of the resort - the northern side, it is very beautiful and calm there.
