Слабовато Weak

We rested in Mena Palace for 2 weeks and were able to fully appreciate all the services. The hotel is brand new, in very good condition. The rooms are not too spacious, but comfortable. The food is good, but not much variety. In general, an average hotel. The main problem with this hotel is the staff. The waiters do not have time to clean the tables, they look untidy. The receptionist allowed himself to ride his bicycle in the lobby of the hotel, which I have never seen anywhere else. But a separate song is the reception - they allow themselves to yell at tourists, they treat vacationers, to put it mildly, without respect. They do not hide the fact that they do not care about people, they are interested in your money. The general meaning is this - it’s cool to relax in Bulgaria, but Mena Palace is not worth choosing, it doesn’t pull on 4 stars at all.
