Stayed in this hotel with family. I liked it, you can say everything, there were some shortcomings, but we tried not to bother with it.
The location of the hotel is wonderful, a little away from the center and noise, but this entertainment is within walking distance. To the sea 3 minutes through the dunes on wooden decks. On the beach there is a large free area without sunbeds, you can sit right by the water.
The hotel itself consists of several interconnected buildings, 2 wings - south and north. Next to the south wing is the "life" of the hotel, there is a swimming pool, an animation stage, 2 bars and a dining room. As we understand, the Germans are settled in this building. In the north wing all the other guests of the hotel. But there is no worse, quieter, has its own bar and reception.
Our room was on the 2nd floor (the fitness room is free below us). The windows overlooked the street, which we liked - sitting on the balcony you can watch the "movement" of vacationers, etc.

The soundproofing in the room is excellent, when the balcony is closed, street noise is not heard at all, by the way, and the neighbors too. I didn't like the sea view rooms. The sea there because of the dunes is still not visible at all, and looking at such a landscape would be dreary. Maybe just such rooms would suit families with kids, it's quite calm there.
The room is clean, the furniture is good, everything you need is there, except for the refrigerator. The air conditioner worked well, it was well located - it didn’t blow into the bed at all, which we were very happy about. From toiletries. paper and liquid soap. Upon arrival, there were still bags of shampoo, they were not reported again, and we didn’t ask, we used ours. There was no hair dryer, the TV was small with several. Russian channels. Towels changed after 3 days, bedding 2 times in 2 weeks. Linen and towels are white, clean, without stains and holes. The maid did not bother with cleaning, superficially vacuumed, reported paper and took out the trash.
A couple of times left a tip - no difference.
Now about nutrition. The dining room is nearby in the south wing, walking down the street for about 3 minutes, not fatal, but when it was raining it was problematic. Chefs 5++++, the food was different, always tasty and fresh, everything was enough. And different meat, and poultry, and fish, vegetables, side dishes in stock. And what a pastry! I don’t know what else I would like, maybe porridge or pancakes (the only thing they didn’t offer). Oh no! Once for breakfast I saw chopped and once millet, but not with milk. Dishes, with the exception of teaspoons, were always enough, cleaned promptly. During the day at the pool bar you could get sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, cookies. . There were also restaurants by appointment - fish, pizza and grill. but we never got there and I can’t say anything about them.
The animation was German by Thomas Cook. Accordingly, in German, but Russian was added a little.
There was a children's room, there were both children's and adult events both during the day and in the evening.
We did not go to the pool, we were at the sea. As I understand it, sunbeds should be borrowed before breakfast.
The Crown exchanger is next to the reception exit, there is also a hotel. The nearest ATM was found in a hotel near Pomorie.

The hotel has a luggage room for early or late arrivals. from'departure you can leave things.
The staff bows to the German guests, but did not offend us either. Everyone understands Russian, all requests were fulfilled, problems were solved.
So our vacation was a success, I can safely recommend this hotel to tourists who do not expect special luxury.
