In July 2011, we rested at the Paloma Hotel. Firstly, in the travel agency, when buying a ticket, they promised meals in the form of half board - a Swedish table in the morning and evening, but when we arrived, we got dinner and when we came to the "restaurant", they broke us specifically: they told us to sit down and they themselves would bring . i. e. there was no buffet, and the portions were sometimes very small and many (especially men) did not eat enough. Very often at dinner, the menu was made up of products that were not eaten at breakfast. In the morning the "buffet" consisted of slicing cheap cheese, brynza, sausages, shinki. Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried sausages, coleslaw, cucumbers and tomatoes, watermelon, cereals with kefir, baked puffs. A drink from the UPI concentrate, tea and "coffee" The rooms promised a hair dryer - it was not. For an iron - 2 leva pay. The rooms were not cleaned very well, beds and towels were not changed for 10 days. In general, this hotel does not pull at 3 * in any way, I do not advise anyone to settle there. The only advantage is this hotel in the center of Sunny Beach. I also didn’t like the service in the restaurant: the staff is dressed haphazardly (two guys in shorts), there is no special uniform, during dinner they constantly walk around and wear dirty clothes. The impression is that people, not only not trained, came from the street and got a temporary job.
