I went with my husband this year. The staff was friendly, settled not at 14:00, but when we arrived (hours at 9:00). They speak Russian. In the hotel you can change money at the rate of the bank. To get to the hotel you need to climb the hill and for nothing you don’t want to go down to the store or somewhere else. Go to the sea for 5-7 minutes. There are 2 supermarkets, a bus stop.
Personally, in our room, towels and bed linen were not changed once in 10 days. "Cleaned" every day, they changed garbage bags and put toilet paper.
Shower. It's 3 in 1. Washbasin, toilet and shower. there is no shower curtain and when you wash yourself all the water is everywhere. Around everything is wet. you stand in the water and you can easily fall.

The hotel is very quiet. There are rules for guests. Do not make noise after 23:00, do not bring guests after 23:00. it’s also impossible (and there’s nothing) to cook on. You can’t take towels to the beach. There is a TV with Russian-language channels. The air conditioner worked.
WI-FI - it was just as difficult with him. To catch the Internet, you had to get up at 7 in the morning and call where you need to. after dinner it is already gone. maybe someone caught it. but as they say, those who did not have time were late.
FOOD (we were fed at SUNSET. I still feel sick from the memory of breakfast. HORRIBLE! every day is the same, even the music is the same, it stinks incredibly. Then we no longer went to breakfast and took only fruit with us.
If you still decide to go to this hotel, the advice is to get towels for the beach and some aroma sticks or an aroma lamp. Our room smelled of dampness or something.
