My daughter stayed at this hotel with a group of children.
Before leaving, we were told that the children would live in good new triple rooms, but upon arrival it turned out that this was "not exactly true. "
The sending party was the company "Leader-Tour" in Kyiv, the company TURAL TREVEL took in the BG.
As it turned out, there are no triple rooms in this hotel at all! the children were settled in old double rooms, in which a third bed was added (these are 2 mattresses placed one on top of the other! ).
But that is not all!
On the way back, the bus that was taking the children to Kyiv broke down in Varna.
The children left Sunny Beach at 9 am and then walked in Varna for 5 hours while the bus was being repaired!!! ! No warm or liquid food! During the heat!
Total: the road from BG to Kyiv was 34 hours!!!
For such a holiday, 400 euros were paid for 15 days along with the road, i. e. there were 11.5 clean days of rest.
Next time I will think 10 times before sending a child from Leader TOUR to Bulgaria.
