This hotel cheated us with 1.350 euros! I made a group reservation as a touroperator company in March to this hotel! The lady from the hotel was communicating with us from March, until the week before our arrival with a group of 46 tourists to Sunny Beach! Then they stopped communicating with us! 3 days before our arrival we contacted them in another ways, when they told us, there is no reservation for my touroperator company, no money, and they did not know who we were! We had 2 days to find new accommodation for our tourists!! ! Me, the owner of my company, paid the new reservations from my private money!! ! The issue is forwarded to the police in Bulgaria! The hotel owners do not want to meet us in front of the police, and clarify the things! We are desperate, and can not describe how badly we are feeling about this cheat!!! ! We are really stressed, physically and psychically tired!!! !.

We rested together with my husband. A very cozy little hotel. The service is good, the food is varied, almost homemade, not addictive. It is 200 meters from the sea, the beach is sandy. There is a nice girl Anastasia at the reception, she is always ready to help. You will be satisfied. In Bulgaria for the first time, but I liked everything very much!! !.

We rested at the Saint Valentine Hotel from 07/27/15 to 08/10/15. The rest was booked in advance in the month of January, the room type was standard, which was indicated in the voucher and contract. Upon arrival at the hotel, we settled in an ECONOMY room, which differs from the standard in the size of the room and furniture, a balcony and a shower.

To indignation and displeasure, they answered that there were no available rooms. I understand that the conditions prescribed in the contract can be improved, but in order to worsen this, I encounter this for the first time. The mood was spoiled. I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday in Sunny Beach. There are many other decent, good hotels where they do not deceive their guests.

Rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed every 4 days. Buffet in the morning and evening with a variety of dishes, fruit is a must. Everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated. The price includes the use of the swimming pool and sun loungers, parasols. Everything was free. Separately, I want to say about the staff. All wonderful, friendly people, perfectly speaking 3 languages: Russian, German, English. The hotel is located on the 2 coastline, which allows you to be away from the noise, but at the same time, not far from the beach and various recreational activities. A public transport stop is only 50 meters away. You can drive to the ancient Nessebar for just 1 lev and enjoy its sights. Choose St. Valentine Hotel and enjoy your vacation!

We rested together with a friend in August 2012. We were very pleased with the service, hospitality and responsiveness of the owners. The rooms are modern, plus there is a kitchen and a refrigerator. You can always go to the bar for ice and extra glasses, they never refused. They cleaned systematically, and for a tip they even covered pastels =).

Breakfast with a varied set of products, everything is always fresh. Respectful staff! Another plus is the location of the hotel, a little away from the main places of entertainment, which guarantees a good night's sleep. We were delighted, it’s a pity we didn’t manage to book it this year! I recommend, you won't regret it!
