Good day to all! We stayed in Bulgaria, Sunny Beach from the period of June 6-27. We arrived at the airport in Burgas, drove to the hotel for about 20 minutes.
Well, actually about the Trakia hotel chain itself: in a small area there are 3 hotels - Trakia Plaza 4 *, Trakia Garden 3 *, Trakia Apartments 4 *. The pool is one for three hotels. 3 bars. (We are a family of 4 - we lived in apartments).
• Settlement
We arrived at the hotel around 10 am. Breakfast is over, we are hungry. Check in at 2 o'clock and they don't care if they all wanted small children or something. We waited 4 hours, and then they tell us that we are not from this hotel at all, but from a neighboring one. They didn't even bother to look! ! ! The blue-haired girl and the curly-haired Jewish aunt made a wedge in their faces and said: “not our problem. ” It's just shock. For such employees, the law on parasitism has been crying for a long time.
• Number

The room is quite good, double, with a refrigerator, a small stove, a Savdep TV (4 Russian channels), two bathrooms (which is very pleasing). We also took a pot at the reception to warm up baby food. All and nothing, but there were some shortcomings: at first the toilet bowl was leaking - they fixed it, but the water in the bathroom on the floor did not decrease because of this. The refrigerator was faulty (it didn’t freeze), okay, they replaced it. And also the story of the “wonderful” bed: there are 2 rooms in the room, respectively 2 beds, well, like two, one normal is a standard bed, and the second bed is a folding sofa. This is just a mockery of people! It is simply impossible to sleep on it, it creaked from the slightest movement, sleep was interrupted all the time, because if you roll over to the other side, a heartbreaking creak is sure to be provided to you. I don’t think that only we had such a problem, as other rooms have exactly the same “sleeping” places.
I also didn’t really like the balconies, because they look at each other, it was not always comfortable. Well, in general, the number did not reach 4 points.

• Hotel services
Bar from 10-12 nights. No one will prepare anything for you, forget it. All cocktails are a little sprite diluted with sprite / cola / fanta, the coffee was natural (coffee until 18 hours), but only one bartender made it delicious, which is sad. Water was collected in the same place, at the bar from the coolers. Wifi was good at reception. In Trakia Plaza, he was limping. But there were days when I fished near the pool, which is very rare. Massage is paid, for the whole vacation I saw only a couple of people on the massage table, from biting prices? I don't think. There were 2 small slides. The older kids liked it. The pool is not big, I think that it is not enough for 3 hotels. Sunbeds near the pool occupied almost at night. There was also a children's pool with 3 small slides.
There was also a tiny heel of a playground on the territory, they could have done more decently. We went to the playground in the nearby Chrysanthemum hotel, maybe I confuse the name, but it is located opposite Trakia Plaza from the dining room 3 minutes down the alley.
Jacuzzi, uhh ...In general, they don’t change the water in it, and in general they don’t turn on the campaign, it’s paid, and 15 minutes of dubious pleasure cost decently. I can’t say anything about the tennis court, it simply doesn’t exist there. There is a tennis court opposite the dining room, but it belongs to another hotel. Perhaps, in theory, they could be used (for a fee, of course).
• Animation
At the beginning of the season, as such, there was no children's animation. Several times during the day they turned on a song near the pool and the animators danced. But by the end of our stay, on the 20th of June, a lot of children of different ages arrived, they were with their parents and with camps. Then they loosened up a bit.

Occasionally they painted the children's faces, all the same dances by the pool ...By the end of the holiday, these songs playing every day, several times, drove me crazy. In the evenings, performances were staged in a separate canteen building. The Russian language of the host animator was limping to say the least. Children's animation for 3 .
• Nutrition
The building of the dining room is not at all large, when it was cool, they were looking for a place in the sun, when it was hot, they could not find a place under a canopy.
We all love to eat. So Bulgaria is not Turkey and not Egypt. Here everything is much more modest. We took all inclusive. Breakfast: 7.30-10, Lunch 12-14, Dinner 18-21. There were always cucumbers and tomatoes. Salads from what was left from breakfast (cheese, sausage, etc. ) There were always pasta and french fries, 2 more types of gravy (I never tried it). There were usually 2 types of meat - whatever sausages with a terrible Bulgarian seasoning (by the way, they manage to add this terrible seasoning where they are not too lazy, for 21 they already felt sick from it, what kind of seasoning? ...
) and chicken, well, or what they call chicken! Believe it or not, this is not chicken at all! Maybe they fry their seagulls, I don’t know! The meat is generally tough. So every day there were soups ...The most normal, do not believe it, chicken. Fruits - there were often peaches and nectarines, bananas were given, in the first week there were also cherries, but as soon as there were more people, they suddenly did not appear. With watermelon, the same mysterious story. Sweets - to be honest, not very much! These little natives taste terrible, but here's what made me happy - in recent days they began to give delicious cupcakes, nothing supernatural, just cupcakes, but at least something. And there were croissants with chocolate - it was also edible. Tea and coffee could be taken only in the morning (at the bar, in the dining room), at lunches and dinners you could take everything except coffee and tea, there were also vending machines with yuppies and water. Their water, by the way, is not tasty, with a swamp flavor, or something.

From 10-15 o'clock it was possible to take sandwiches (not in the dining room), and from 15-18 ice cream. A little about ice cream, there are only 2 flavors to choose from - chocolate and vanilla, okay! At the beginning of June there were few people, but by the end of June, as you know, a lot! So, before our eyes, the service deteriorated, ice cream - 90% ice and a little milk or whatever they added there ...

• Road to the sea
The road to the sea took 15 minutes, it is far from 200 meters, as they say in the description of the hotel. They walked along the road. At first, it was very annoying, because the sidewalks are small - you can’t pass with a stroller. These cars are always worn, which is a very big minus. Then they turned to the sea, rode along a wooden path-bridge (I don’t know how to put it correctly), so this log path suffered so much in 20 days, there are many holes, it’s hard to get with a stroller and again it doesn’t go to the sea, but to the middle beach .
But we didn’t care anymore, after this it’s not water at all, but paradise. For small children, the entrance to the sea is not suitable, because you step right up to your waist, you go ...then knee-deep and only then the standard descent-depth.

• Shopping
Everything is very expensive. If you go without "all inclusive", then the food will fly out to you in a tidy sum. Baby food is just as expensive, a small jar of mashed potatoes is 5 levs. We didn’t buy much food, but on rare occasions we went to the Mladost supermarket, remember! This is the only and not expensive (compared to others) store, and the choice is good. It is not far from the hotel.

• Weather
The weather was different. At first it was dog-cold, then showers, and then unbearable heat. Here's how lucky.

In conclusion, I want to say that the rest was not bad. But the hotel has specific shortcomings! This is clearly not 4 *, but 3 *.
And the staff at the reception, the language does not dare to call them that, I would have fired the hell!
