Everything suited me in this hotel. Only the cleaning here was not very much, but I liked everything. Check-in was smooth and fast, no one was waiting for anyone. We were satisfied with the territory of the hotel, the beach and the sea, we are going to come here again if all goes well. The internet was great and didn't hang.

Rest in Bopgariya. The hotel is located almost on the beach. Cleaning was done daily. Bed linen was changed after 5 days, towels could be changed more often. The food and service was perfect for me. There was live music in the evenings. I did not like that in the evenings one of the restaurant workers was visited by her friends or relatives and she reserved 2 tables for them intended for vacationers.

Rooms, from the point of view of less increased noise coming from the streets, then this is the right wing from the main entrance. As for the attendants, in particular, cleaning the rooms, the staff must be given credit for being honest (everything will remain in its place), cleaning is done for the sake of appearance, they are mainly vacuumed, because the dust on the furniture has accumulated a decent thickness by our departure. Toilet paper is in abundance, it is strange that soap and shampoo had to beg, some vacationers spat and bought themselves in stores. The animators must be given their due, they did not do everything badly, the only thing was that they also wanted competitions to be held not only in German (both for adults and for children). There are NO air conditioners in the rooms! We were not the only ones who faced this, to whom the Moscow tour operator promised that there would be air conditioning and a hairdryer in the room. There is clearly neither one nor the other. If you can still see hanging air conditioners from the left wing in relation to the entrance (from the side of the pool you can see them), then they allegedly say something like paying extra for them (although Moscow did not say a word about this), there are still few such rooms, so get ready for a room without frills) And no 3 stars, as the Moscow tour operator, Zephyr, also assured - ** In a word, from my words and many other vacationers we met there - do not go to rest in Zephyr, funds can be used for rent housing for the duration of your stay in Bulgaria (in particular, in Sunny Beach), there are people who rent their apartments there (the price is the same, if in the end it’s not cheaper, but it’s much more comfortable), I know myself, because I went to rest on 2 weeks actually in Zephyr, but for several days I still had to live in such rented apartments. Because there was no strength for Zephyr, and since we came to relax, and not strain our nerves, we waved to Zephyr with a pen.
