We rested in Bulgaria for the second time and are very satisfied. We decided not to take the hotel in advance at the travel agency, so we arrived at the place, left our things in the storage room (at the bus station) and went in search. What we wanted exactly from the hotel is that there would be a first line, and that there would be pools.
We went around a number of hotels (prices ranged from 20 Euro and above), but when we got to Astoria, we immediately decided to stay here.
The hotel itself consists of Astoria 3 * (3 floors) and Eagle 2 * (12 floors), a common reception and a common restaurant for two hotels. Before the settlement, they looked at the rooms in one and the other, the rooms, furniture and everything else is the same, and new. We decided to settle in Orel, because from the 8th floor the view is simply superb: the beach is in full view, and what a pleasure it is to sit on the balcony in the evening with a bottle of wine and look at the sea))) - romance!
Nutrition. We only took breakfast, there was plenty to choose from, we were satisfied, but I’ll say right away that we are not picky about food. If someone likes variety, then it is better to go to a 5 * hotel. You can have lunch and dinner in a variety of cafes and restaurants located nearby.
Staff. Everyone, without exception, is very friendly, everyone smiles, they try to please. It turned out that when we checked in, we were not given 1 towel, we didn’t even notice it, but the maid noticed, who apologized the next day so that there was an impression. like she didn't know what she did.
Number. As already mentioned above - just super. Beds are made every day, cleaned and towels changed. Linen was changed 2 times in 13 days of stay.
The complex has 2 swimming pools and a small children's pool. The pools are cleaned every day (with a special sawmill))), if you can call it that, in addition, after 22 hours, filters are turned on that work every day.
