But you go into the room and fall into shock. The blue carpet is not only in dirty spots of different colors, but also in prints of footprints from shoes. I come to the duty officer on the floor... She: "It won't be wiped off anymore... ". Me: "Do you have a vanish for carpets? I'll try it myself. " She: "No, just this remedy. " I tried it, it really doesn't rub off. They don't have a vacuum cleaner. They just vacuum the carpet, it doesn't get any cleaner. The next day I meet a neighbor, she: "How is your carpet? We just arrived, the impression is that they were not cleaned. " I had to upset her a lot. The chairs in the room are soft, too, all in stains and grease, even the wooden parts. Shower - on the floor there is a side tile and a curtain.
You go down to the dining room, it's even worse there. The chairs are also soft, all filthy to disgrace. There are not enough tables for everyone at once, and if you come to the first one, the tablecloth will already be covered in mud. At the same time, waiters stand there and clean the plates, and they don’t even shake the crumbs off the tablecloth. If a piece of cake or watermelon falls on the floor, it will not be removed either. At the same time, the waiters stand and chat simply. The salt shaker is one table for 5. I specifically asked the waiter to bring salt, so he just took it from another table.
The food is not salty at all, poor. For breakfast, such as eggs, sausages and pancakes. There is a queue for half an hour for pancakes, they are cooked here in 6 small pieces. Therefore, at first I took them only to their children. At first it seems normal, I myself can eat eggs with sausages every day, but after a week you can’t even look at the eggs... The pancakes turned out to be absolutely tasteless and almost all the food is the same.

Now about the good. The children went to the miniclub, it is located in the Veronica hotels, and they really liked the minidiscotheque. The staff is helpful, asked to clean the basin and drain in the shower, they did everything.
But in general, the hotel pulls only 2 *. I compare with Russian hotels, there was also St. Petersburg on the outskirts, near Vladimir, in Mikhnevo.
