Review:
FLIGHT. From St. Petersburg to Burgas and back with Bulgaria Air on an A-320 plane, a charter flight from Alma-tour. The plane is quite old, dilapidated. The whistle in the plane is as if the engine is right in the cabin. The flight was comparable to riding a minibus over bumps - the A-320 began to shake from any breath of wind, constantly changing altitude and because of this it laid ears, especially for young children - they cried all the way because of pain in their ears. No sweets were given out before takeoff, drinks - water, juice, white wine (there was no soda). Dinner (and the same menu for breakfast on the way back) - a couple of slices of tomato-cucumbers, a bun, a cupcake in a package, hot chicken and boiled rice and carrots (I almost threw up from one terrible smell), tea-coffee. There is a sky bar on board - a can of cola 0.33 - 2 euros! There is no duty-free on board, there are no screens showing the height and where we are flying either. In general, last year's flight with the Russian airline on the B-767 seemed to me just a super-lux!
GUIDE. Dimi Videva - beyond praise! Brought from the airport, settled in a hotel, told and explained everything. She accompanied me to all excursions in the morning. Transfers are all on time, without overlays.

HOTEL. Coral 3 * is extremely well located on a rock in the New City. We got an extended room with an euro-bed, two sofas, a large mirrored wardrobe, a TV, a mini-bar and a balcony overlooking the sea. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - everything is brand new, a recumbent bath (not a cabin), a lot of towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, bath salt, a hairdryer with different temperature modes. Minus - the clothes dryer did not work, and there was no dryer on the balcony. I had to pull the threads in the old fashioned way to dry the swimsuits. But the maids in Coral are not adequate at all - I left a tip on the bed (2 leva) and eventually found that the carpet was almost never vacuumed, one towel in the bathroom was not reported after replacement, and even in our absence they open the balcony and window wide open (so that thieves probably more convenient). To get new bottles of shampoo, you had to go to the reception to beg for everything. As a result, they gave up on it and bought everything of their own (at the end of the Old Town, near Zoya's restaurant, there is an excellent store where there are a lot of all kinds of fragrant gels and shampoos at ridiculous prices by St. Petersburg standards). Another joke - when you leave the room, you take out the card, all electrical appliances in the room turn off, incl. and a mini-bar fridge. So I do not advise you to store something perishable in it - everything will deteriorate, especially if you leave for a day on a long excursion. The prices for water in the mini-bar are inadequate - 2 leva for 0.5 BANKYA mineral water, and if you go outside, opposite the hotel entrance in a shop, 1.5 liters of this BANNYA costs 0.8 leva. The breakfasts are ordinary (tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, scrambled eggs, tea and coffee, juice, muesli, ham, toasts, donuts, sausages), every day there were pancakes with jam, there were no fruits.
EXCURSIONS. We went Kazanlak-Shipka-Etir (Temma, guide Sasha) and Plovdiv-Bachkovo (Temma, guide Lina). I liked everything except the weather. For those who want to climb Shipka, I recommend stocking up with warm clothes - the air temperature at the top is 10 degrees lower than at the bottom.
RESTAURANTS. I liked ZOE the most. Excellent European service, very clean, if something is not on the menu, they can cook it to order, they understand Russian perfectly. As a compliment, guests are offered caviar in white sauce and fried toast, as well as mineral water. I really liked the restaurants on the fortress wall in the old town, as well as the Ocean restaurant in the park near Avtogara (they have awesome sach! ). But I do not advise FISHERS! Poisoned twice.
