I just want to share my experience. We went from the operator TUI, the airline Kolavia. A few words about them. Early booking prices were very good (40 thousand for two in a standard room for 12 days). The transfer from the operator is ugly. The city of Sozopol is a lot of small narrow streets. We were dropped off at the square and told that the bus would not be able to drive up to the hotel. Not a problem, we'll get there. The guide took us to our street, waved her hand in an indefinite direction and said that she had a lot to do, you will come, they say, yourself. This is the first time we've encountered something like this. The return trip was even more fun. We were picked up from the hotel at 5:30 am. The day before, they called the hotel guide with a question, where do we catch the bus. He said, at the reception, the guide will come for you. We are waiting, no bus, no guide. We went to the same square. There is a bus, the driver is driving. It turned out to be ours. Basically there is no guide. What if we were waiting at the reception? I did not expect such an attitude towards tourists from the largest international operator.

We bought a ticket back in February, they didn’t really bother with the hotel, because. do not like to sit still. We thought it would be somewhere to spend the night, and okay. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted at the reception by the owners of the hotel, very nice and friendly people. On the eve of departure, I contacted the hotel and asked to leave a room with a sea view for us. We got a room on the 3rd floor with a sea view. Until 14.00 did not have to wait, at the beginning of 12 were already in the room.

In general, I recommend eating in small mechans in the Old Town. firstly, it is very beautiful, and secondly, it is cheaper than in a new city. The Old Town is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are many shops near the hotel, the central shopping street Ropotamo is parallel to the one on which the hotel stands. But thanks to a good double-glazed window, no noise is heard in the hotel. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance. Cheaper than the one that stands on the square near the taxi rank.
Rooms are cleaned well. Bed linen is changed every three days, towels every other day. The beds are very comfortable. Very good air conditioner, quiet. The owners of the hotel are ready to help you at any moment on any issue. We rented a car to see the country, so Dimitar (the owner) suggested some interesting places to us. Every day they asked where we went, tried to tell where else it was interesting. They speak Russian very well, it is extremely pleasant to communicate with these people and there is no language barrier. They smile all the time and are extremely polite with everyone.
