A small 4-storey hotel located in the new part of Sozopol, on a quiet street, 200 m from Harmanite beach. Near the square of coniferous trees with a playground and benches.
There is no food at the hotel. Nearby there is a cafe-bistro with good food. In the Fani building itself there is a grocery store, next to it is a fruit and vegetable stand and a coffee machine. All this is open during the season from 8 am to 11 pm.
Rooms: double: 2 beds pushed together, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, refrigerator, TV, electric kettle, 2 table lamps; balcony with table and 2 chairs; bathroom with shower; carpet on the floor. Studio: 2 beds pushed together, 1 single bed, 2 bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, sofa, 2 stools, coffee table, TV, refrigerator, kitchen table with sink, cupboard with crockery, electric kettle; balcony with table and 3 chairs; bathroom with shower; ceramic flooring on the floor. 1 person is entitled to 1 hand and face towel, so if you need more, you need to bring it with you or buy it on the spot in the shop. There are blinds on the windows. The interior design is pleasant and unobtrusive, in light colors. Each floor has an iron and ironing board. The windows of most rooms face the square, on the upper floors there is a distant view of the sea.

Like most small hotels in Sozopol, Fani does not have its own territory, the entrance of the guests is through a small courtyard lined with flowers. There is no reception, so if you have questions, you need to contact the hostess directly (a friendly woman who speaks good Russian).
Hot and cold water is available all the time, plumbing is in good condition, however, as in many hotels in Sozopol, there is no shower cabin, not even a tray, i. e. water from the shower flows into a hole in the floor - a bit unusual.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week, the room is cleaned daily from about 10.30 to 12.30, while cleaning is carried out only in the absence of guests, that is, if you stay in the room until lunch, you will not be cleaned that day.
