Every year we vacation in Bulgaria because we love this country, its people, its sea and sandy beaches. In order not to get tired of sitting in one place, we usually book two hotels of the week for two each. We treat the choice of hotels very carefully, I read a lot of reviews, we consult with our permanent tour operator, whom we trust. There were almost never any problems, and if there were, they were very minor and quickly resolved. But this year we got it. . . We chose the Coral Hotel and the Martinez Hotel. I can only say about Coral that I recommend it to all my friends. We liked everything, well, maybe only the breakfasts are rather weak. After resting for two weeks, we loaded our suitcases and went to Martinez in the morning, naturally we were ready that we would not be settled before 14, and leaving the suitcases at the hotel returned to Coral, because we were not kicked out until 12. On the second visit, we had lunch and a swim along the way. We arrived at the reception in a great mood. We were immediately handed the keys and we were seated. Everything is great. Sea view (paid) large one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Both in the living room and in the bedroom there are TV panels. Large fridge freezer. Air conditioners in every room. Turning on the air conditioner, we went to Bolero for groceries. That's where all the good stuff ended. When we entered our room with our bags, it seemed to us that we were in a sauna. We decided that we had adjusted the air conditioners incorrectly, although the Koral had the same ones and we managed it perfectly. The husband went down to the reception, where he was made happy by the news that the air conditioners broke down two days ago in the entire hotel. . . Silent scene. After lengthy negotiations and the arrival of a representative of our travel agency, who tried very hard (she alone) to somehow solve this problem, we were transferred to Parnassus, neighboring Coral. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We were given an apartment with a sea view, but there is no normal refrigerator, no kitchen unit, there is no pool. And we wanted exactly these parameters. The manager even put our groceries in some kind of personal refrigerator and gave coupons for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole family. Thank you man for this. But even taking into account all the bonuses, our apartment in Martinez costs more than 100 euros per day, and an apartment in Parnassus with food is 150 leva. And for all its attractiveness, this is not what we wanted and what we paid for back in April. In general, we live in Parnassus for three days and wait for the air conditioner to be repaired in the vaunted Martinez, where the administration is simple. . . I will write later than the end of our holiday. We paid Martinez for 4 weeks. P. S. we were offered apartments in the Paradise Dune complex, the final stop of the train, opposite the Kavatsite beach. The holiday was a success, a true paradise. Have a great rest! We do not recommend Martinez to anyone. Be critical of the good reviews and don't get caught like us. No one will solve the problems that have arisen in this hotel, and then you are guaranteed a spoiled vacation. .
