This is not the first year we have been resting in Bulgaria, this country is very ruled. In 2012, we rested in Sozopol, a very cute town with a rich history, where you can take a walk, a lot of greenery, beautiful quiet streets and children's entertainment. Good beaches, promenade and service. Lots of cozy cafes. Recommend for relaxation. We stayed at the small family hotel More (we fell for the good reviews but now we can’t join them), our windows overlooked the quiet side, on the high floor there was a beautiful view. the furniture is wooden but the hinges creak, the owner speaks Russian, gives a map of the city. However, the hotel is located in the "new city" on a high mountain and is far away, a kilometer from the sea (15 minutes walk first from the mountain and then vice versa), with small children it is unlikely to be convenient. When leaving for an evening walk, be sure to take the key to the room so as not to be left at the door, because there is no 24-hour reception (we accidentally found ourselves in this situation), there is no extractor hood and window screens in the toilet (there are no mosquitoes, but the flies are repulsive), shower open type - the entire floor is wet and you can slip. Even in this (budget) price category, there is a large selection of hotels near the sea. I recommend looking.
