This year our family went to PARNAS for the second time. The first time was exactly a year ago. I'll tell you everything in order. We booked the hotel in April by early booking. Accordingly, they also paid in April. We were going to go in double + extra. bed for a child. We really wanted to book with a sea view, but we could not do this, since the hotel on the CIS market only gives DOUBLE or APARTMENTS (they can ! ! but they will not necessarily have a sea view). It was then upon arrival that they saw at the reception that the hotel had more than 5 types of rooms ! ! We arrived, and we were settled in room 104! THIS IS JUST A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! A small room on the 1st floor with only one window to the common "terrace" where the WHOLE HOTEL goes!! ! And next to it there is also a massage and sauna room!!! ! And from the second side - just a blank wall, since the 1st floor is below the road level and there is a VERY small window in the toilet, which does not help the air exchange in the room. The window overlooking the terrace does not help either, as the room is dark ALL DAY, and if you open the curtains, the WHOLE HOTEL is watching what is happening in the room. So LIGHT 24/7 and CLOSED CURTAINS you will be provided with the whole rest. Nearby was another similar number 106! After a lengthy disassembly that for 3 months we booked a DOUBLE, and not an "economic DOUBLE", as they call it (the cheapest - this year it cost 75 levs, and DOUBLE - 90 levs), the next day we were with apologies and intervention of the hotel manager of the host side, they moved to a SUITE APARTMENT from 2 rooms with 2 double beds and a 2-sleeping sofa bed in another room, a jacuzzi and 3 windows in the second room and, in addition to a common terrace, there was still and its own terrace even with a SIDE : ) view of the sea. And all this "beauty" was located on the 3rd floor in block A (we do not have a sea view, except perhaps only the side ones), and series A is with a probable sea view. Then the whole holiday smiled at us and we even believed that ALL THIS was just a misunderstanding. BUT!!!!
This year, in April, we also bought a DOUBLE + extra for early booking. bed. Our tour operator wrote for a long time about not repeating last year's situation! And what would you think? We arrive and they settle us, but already at 106!!! ! And they do it VERY subtly. The keys are quietly given to the receptionist, who, by the way, last year not only understood Russian very well, but also spoke Russian, and now he only understands English : ), and he immediately slips these keys into his pocket. For a very long time I had to demand to show the number of our apartments!! ! Since last year, I had a suspicion that everything was not so easy!! ! And what I saw - NUMBER 106!!!!! ! The girl at the reception abruptly stopped understanding Russian. There are no other type of rooms in the hotel. But I stood my ground. I didn’t book a room for 3 months in order to spend 10 days in an “air, or rather airless and lightless kennel”, where 3 people cannot even pass each other! ! After they realized at the reception that we would not be checking into this room, the wife of one of the hotel owners showed up (by the way, 2 owners live there with their wives, relatives who work at the hotel, and grandchildren who sit on the Internet for days, that it was impossible even to look at your mail, since the "weak signal" did not call) and settled us on the 5th floor in an apartment, without a jacuzzi : ), but with 2 windows of a side view of the sea : )
The next day, we realized that the hotel was simply empty, as we hardly met the tenants and the windows were not lit in the evening. At breakfast at 8 in the morning we were alone, people began to pull themselves up after the 15th, and then they were all Bulgarians.

By the way, we were lucky that we were on the 5th floor, because now 5 floors of another VERY BIG hotel have already been erected in front of the "side sea views". So with last year's 3rd floor, we wouldn't even have to see a piece of the sea : )

So everything from the CIS is much more expensive. After the 20th, there were a lot of locals on the beach and in the city, and in the hotel, apparently the PROMOTION worked : ) And we can also be in 104 or 106 room!!!!
And yet, this year my husband almost stepped on a SNAKE on the beach, which swam along the coast to the rocks on which this hotel stands : ( According to the conversations of others, not only my husband saw snakes, but even nests in the rocks with eggs, but it's on the big HARMONI beach on the left. Yes, and there were VERY MUCH green algae and THE WHOLE REST. Yes, by the way, if small waves started, then a "yellow flag" was hung out and, on the lifeguard's whistle, it was allowed to swim up to chest level, and if the waves became stronger ( they were 0.4 m in height, but the lower course), then the "red flag" was hung out, and we were allowed; ) only a generation to swim
And the rest - everything is as written in other comments. Food - normal, fruits - cheaper. But, this year, all stores have removed terminals for paying with a card, apparently they VERY need cash before joining the EU : )

Another, probably the biggest mistake of ours, was to buy vouchers from the local tour operator Go2Holiday, neither the hotel guide nor the central office wanted to deal with our problems. Guide Ivan, on a problem with the number, advised to settle and spend the night at 106, since there was no one in the hotel to resolve this issue with in the evening, although even before last year's trip, after reading the comments on the sites, we knew that the owners live in the same hotel . : (And when there was a terrorist explosion at BURGAS airport and there were changes in flight data, which were known not only to our operator in Kyiv, but also posted on the airport website, we were still taken 6!!!! ! hours before departure with a CHILD! !!! ! to the airport and they just dropped them in. The whole day before, our operator from Kyiv and we on the spot called both IVAN and MIKHAIL, who was in charge of transfers, he simply did not even want to check the information received. THEY did not even regret 2! car to the hotel to take us to the airport earlier! ! We 3 and 6 left the hotel for the flight, which was also postponed by 3 hours, so only Go2Holiday tourists loitered around the dangerous place where the explosion took place 24 hours ago ! ! with small children more than 4-5 hours about the start of registration, and not 2 hours, as expected. Moreover, on the phone, MIKHAIL was simply openly rude and threatened!!! ! And why be polite, the money was received back in April - we need to quickly get rid of already uninteresting tourists : (
