The second time in Bulgaria and the second time satisfied with the rest. Tour operator in Kyiv Fly-travel on the street. Sagaidachny. Everything is organized very well and in a timely manner. Tickets, visas, insurance, vouchers - everything is perfect. Welcoming travel agency in Bulgaria - SOLVEX - TUROPERATOR We met at the airport, put in the car, drove to the hotel and settled. Since we arrived in the afternoon, the room was already waiting for us . .
Hotel. The hotel is located on the first line, 50 meters from the beach. 7 floors (if you enter from the sea) or 5 (if from the street). The hotel is clean, tidy and appears to have been recently built. The staff is all smiling and good-natured, almost everyone speaks Russian. The hotel has a restaurant (you can eat either inside or outside overlooking the sea). Hotel guests 20% discount for lunch and dinner. We paid for breakfast. Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00. Breakfasts are standard: sausages (boiled, fried), sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, casseroles, lasagna, buckwheat, potatoes, pastries, muesli, tea, coffee. It may seem monotonous to some, but I think that's how we all have breakfast. On the veranda above the restaurant and the entrance to the hotel there is a swimming pool with a "paddling pool" and sunbeds. The pool is unfortunately small, but you can take a dip and swim a little. The hotel has only about 60 rooms. Mostly Germans, British, Finns live, well, "our" couple - three families.
Number. We had a standard room with a view of the "park", i. e. to the street. The view certainly loses to the view of the sea. But it has an advantage - silence in the evenings and the noise of restaurants (and the hotel's own restaurant) does not reach. (minibar paid), closet in the hallway, combined bathroom, a couple of bedside tables and a chair, TV (4 Russian channels), a small balcony (there is a dryer on the balcony - bring clothespins with you). Cleaned daily, towels are changed about every three days, beds once a week (but as always the Bulgarians forget about it and should be reminded). We didn't even pay attention to them.

Beach. In general, there are three beaches in Sozopol: city, Harmaniti and Kavatsite. If you are with a small child and want a free beach with clean sand, then you are in the city. If you want not to go far into the sea to swim and are ready to put up with a lot of people on the beach and not very clean sand, then Harmanity is for you. Well, if you want open spaces of the sea, virgin dunes, big waves and beautiful nature, then you are on Kavatsite. There are cafes and eateries on all beaches.
We went mainly to the city beach (it was also called the children's beach because the sea here is shallow and to go up to the chest you have to walk 40-50 meters). The beach is sandy, equipped. The sand is sifted every evening by special vehicles. The use of an umbrella, a sun lounger is paid (an umbrella - 6 lev, a table - 2 lev, a sunbed is another 6 lev). your umbrella). Of the shortcomings on the city beach - algae in the sea in calm weather. You go like in a borscht. But you can look at it from the other side - local exotic. Even they say these algae are useful. And in a storm the sea is clear.
We had lunch at the Zvezden Rai cafe. You won't find a better price-quality-quantity ratio. Located at st. Rila 9 (go from Cherno More Square up Lyulin Street and turn left at the second intersection). We took 2 servings for three. If modestly, it came out about 20 - 24 leva. In general, when walking around the city, look closely at the signs with prices (soup is more expensive than 2 leva - expensive, etc. ). Vegetables and fruits are sold on the streets. Cheap can be bought at the crossroads of the street. May 1 and Odessa, well, at the market at the entrance to the old city. Course 1 euro = 1.91 leva.
We went on excursions to Veliko Tarnovo and to the water park. The water park was bought from a local tour operator (it's cheaper), and Vel. Tarnovo near Solvex. The water park is like a water park. Have fun, relax. But a trip to V. T. Well, let's say 4. The Bulgarians still need to work on this excursion.
The weather did not disappoint for two weeks. Only twice in the evening there was a thunderstorm, but not for long and without a cold snap. But on the last day it was not possible to swim goodbye. The sky frowned, a storm began on the sea and it got colder. It was Bulgaria who was upset because of our departure  . Nothing. We'll catch up next time.
