Villa Sineva Hotel

Pros:
1. Inexpensive.
2. First line. Really the first. You go out to the balcony - you see only the rocks and the sea.
3. Quiet. There are no discos nearby and the street itself is very quiet.
4. Cleaned every day.

Minuses:
1. Lack of reception. The hostess, if he did not take a mobile phone number, is unrealistic to catch.
2. Lack of Wi-Fi. But still, there is Internet - a network LAN cable 1.5 meters long sticks out of the wall. Tablet and phone users will be out of luck.
3. Bed and towels are changed once a week. On the towels sometimes unwashed stains.
4. Declared shower cabins are not available in all rooms.
5. Lack of an elevator. Five floors - it seems not difficult to climb, but not when you have heavy suitcases and a child.

The main thing for those who choose a hotel - the Villa Sineva hotel and the Melodi hotel - is the same building with one entrance. The rooms are divided between two owners. Side of the hotel on the sea - southeast. So the sun from sunrise until one in the afternoon.
Location - just behind the hotel Amon-Ra (St. Boruna, 5).

The owner of Villa Sineva and the staff are very nice people. The maids don't take tips. Clean, as for Bulgaria, well.
The view from the window (if you took a room with a sea view) is fabulous. The view from the rooms that face the street is almost windows to the windows with the hotel "Amon Ra" (but the street is visible - you can look at passers-by if you wish).
On the balconies overlooking the sea, it is very windy in the evening. On the "street" balconies in this respect it is more comfortable.
We were first placed on the 4th floor. The rooms on the fourth floor have - air conditioning, TV, 500 ml mini-kettle, iron, hair dryer in the bathroom. Sea view room (402) - no shower cabin (classic Bulgarian shower - just a shower hose and a drain in the floor) and a large balcony that can accommodate a company of several people. In the room overlooking the street (401) - there is a shower, but it is generally smaller and has a tiny balcony.
All balconies have a table, two chairs and a clothes dryer. All partitions on the balconies are glass, which is somewhat inconvenient in the presence of neighbors.
Unfortunately, on the 12th day of our stay, there was a strong storm with a thunderstorm and a downpour. Looks like the roof was damaged and by 3:00 we were flooded. By 7:00 in the room there was a natural flood due to the fact that it was already raining from the ceiling. We called the owner, and she promptly moved us to the third floor.
Already on the third floor (number 304) we got a bigger room, with an extra bed (folding chair). Also with sea view.
The balcony in this room is smaller - for two, maximum three people. There is also a dryer, a table and two chairs.

In the room itself - air conditioning, TV, hair dryer in the bathroom. This room already had a shower in the bathroom. A kettle, several cups, an iron and an ironing board are in the common hall of the floor, which is separated from the stairs by a door. All this must be returned to its place after use.
In general, we are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. If not for the incident with the flood, not for wired internet and not for a rare change of underwear, one could have given him a much higher score.
