Chose based on price. There was a small room with a balcony on the 2nd floor. Close enough to the sea and to the old town, very unobtrusive service (almost none). In our room, the shower drain was near the toilet, at first a slight shock, but by the end of the holiday we got used to it, and we already thought that it was necessary))) Summary: an option for those who care about the sea, not convenience (for a small price).
