Rested in June 2014 in a double room on the 2nd floor.
From the pros:
The presence in the room of a microwave oven, a kettle, an iron, a refrigerator, a set of dishes for two people, WI-FI, an LCD TV and an air conditioner (the remote control, however, did not work).
Small balcony with clothes dryer, table and two chairs.
On the floor there is a table with books (novels) in several languages, you can, if you wish, take a read.
In the yard there is a summer kitchen under a shed with a large dining table, a single-burner gas stove and a sink. We did not use it, but a couple of times we hid from the rain.
Compared to other hotels in Bulgaria, where we rested in this guest house, there was the most comfortable mattress (hard) - a board and 5 cm of foam rubber, in other villas 30 cm of foam rubber, from which in the morning "legs pulled" from inconvenience.
The guest house is attached to the hotel "Elena", and is located near the beaches, 5 minutes to a small one and 1 minute to a large one.

Of the minuses:
Very creaky bed, it was scary to roll over at night - everyone woke up.
The doors of the closet and bedside tables also creaked very strongly.
On the first and basement floors, as we understood, lived the Bulgarians, who had their own apartments there. So these Bulgarians gathered very often in the summer kitchen, in large, cheerful companies, and laughed until two in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep with an open balcony.
Since we were in no hurry to be the first on the beach, we woke up only at 9 o’clock, an hour was spent for breakfast in the room and fees for the beach. At 10, the hostess already knocked on the room or tried to open it from the other side with her key with the words “are you still here? . . sea, sea... cleaning, cleaning... ” That is, leave the room soon, I need to clean.
The furniture was very dusty, you could draw patterns under the bed. Daily cleaning, as I already wrote, was present, but, again, one name is “cleaning. ” But every day they disinfected the toilet and took out the trash. A week later we changed bed linen and towels. Towels can be changed earlier if necessary.
In general, the hotel is not bad and pulls its money. Having a microwave is worth it. You can buy ready-made food in the supermarket (there is a choice from side dishes to desserts) and reheat when needed.
If you actively spend the whole day at sea, on excursions, shopping, restaurants, then all the shortcomings can be skipped. Sleep soundly at night and hear neither the screams of the neighbors nor the creaking of the bed. And dust - well, where is it not *)
