Отличный отель и отличный персонал !!! Great hotel and great staff!!!

I really liked the hotel: comfortable, cozy, designed for families with children (baby cots in the room; children's pool). I was very pleased with the attitude to cleanliness: the room was cleaned and towels changed every day (not every 3 * hotel can boast of this)
And of course, a special "Thank you" to the staff!! ! Absolute Everything - they were smiling, courteous, understanding! Evgenia at the reception - acquainted with the city, gave the most necessary information necessary for vacationers. (it is clear that a person happily goes to his work and communicates with vacationers with the same joy).
We rested with a baby - there was a question in bathing, since it was not very convenient to wash the child in the shower - and what do you think the Hotel Manager did ? ! Bought a bath! We certainly didn't expect this! After all, these are our problems.
In general, we really liked it and of course I advise you to come here - if you want to relax in comfort and like a family!! !
