We rested in this aparthotel in late June - early July 2013. We went with a large company, booked 2 apartments with one and two bedrooms and one double room at the end of January. As a result, they were placed in different buildings, to put it mildly, far from each other. The hotel room really lived up to its stars, but the apartment is far from it. In addition to the size of the rooms, nothing was said about the stardom. Only the kettle and the washing machine worked without question, the stove was clogged, it was sickening to look, the iron was also all burnt, the pans were safer to throw away, even the batteries in the air conditioner remotes were dead, there was a hair dryer, but there was no socket in the bathroom, and there was no mirror in the bedroom to use the hair dryer convenient, to say the least. Instead of a bedside table, there were two drawers from the desk in one place : )) The curtains in the bedrooms are luxurious, but white and in the early morning from the sun it feels like you are sleeping on the beach. Speaking of the beach, you can’t place your own bedding for children on the beach in addition to stationary sunbeds and umbrellas - terror began from the side of the beach cashier, moreover, he accepted payment for sunbeds without any badges with a name and position, instead of a document he has a cash register : )) And a free zone place where you can sit with your towels on the sand of a ridiculously small area and on the walkway from the wheelchair ramp. There are no clear rules for using the beach anywhere, what is possible, what is not, probably it is not beneficial for the hotel, because the beaches in Bulgaria are in concession from the state with the appropriate conditions. Moreover, the hotel offers apartments for ownership and the owners of these apartments actually have nowhere to stay on the beach, except for an additional fee of 6 levs for a sunbed and 6 levs for an umbrella. This pettiness comes through at every step, even the bed linen leaves much to be desired, not to mention the "springiness" of the mattresses. The only thing that is a good plus for the complex is the presence of swimming pools, the only entertainment for children. There is nothing more for children to do there, there is animation for children, in principle, but there is no place, for example, for a mini-disco - a ventilated balcony or a cramped area next to the pool. The food is quite decent, the choice and quality are at the level, it would be more salt in smaller dishes, it would be better for the health of vacationers. The hotel itself is located on the edge of the village of Sveti Vlas and getting into the village is not very convenient, either on foot (far and not a pleasant road along the road), or by bus, but it also takes about 10 minutes to go to the bus stop and the buses run on schedule. The conclusion was made that the complex was built according to a good project and the territory is large and well-groomed, but today's service is not impressive at all, I don't want to go there yet and I can't recommend it to my friends.
