It is very good that there is a nice beach, sunbeds and umbrellas for free. Compared to 5 * and without a beach, everything is wonderful. The beach is sandy, though stones come across in a storm, which is especially unpleasant. The territory is guarded and outsiders do not go there only vacationers and servants. It's really not far from the beach. On the territory there are 3 restaurants and a small "supermarket" (prices are higher than in St. Vlas). But if you need something that is not in this "supermarket" or you just want to take a walk, then either on foot along the highway to St. Vlas, or by taxi. Gifts, souvenirs, discos, etc. are all must go. By taxi directly from the territory, it’s welcome and anywhere, but it’s difficult to walk along the highway, you know, cars are driving, there are no sidewalks outside the territory yet, and there are no lights either. So if you want comfort and entertainment, get ready to pay for a taxi or your own car (there is parking). The hotel rooms are nice, but the soundproofing is not 5*. The building, however, as elsewhere, is a hack for all 5 *. I won’t write about apartments, I didn’t live. The territory is landscaped - these are flower beds, lawns, waterfalls, there are no large trees and you can’t go for a walk in the heat. There are a lot of swimming pools on the territory and they are cleaned. The windows of my room overlooked a nearby hotel under construction, but the sea was also visible, in general, if you stay in a hotel, stipulate that the view should also be of the pool, and not just of the sea. And if you like walking and sightseeing in the evening, then to Nessebar a taxi, a boat (until 21.00) and a bus, walk to the bus through a wasteland.
