To make clear the level of our claims, I’ll say right away that we always go to 3 *, all inclusive. Traveled 2 adults + child (3.5 years).
Now about the hotel. Family hotel by the sea. The rooms are small, two separate beds (creaking) + an armchair-bed (it is difficult to call a flat sleeping surface when disassembled, but not for the rest of your life). Something was leaking in the bathroom and after washing in the shower there was a big puddle all over the bathroom. The water in the toilet was not flushing well enough, at our request to repair, some actions were taken that did not greatly improve the situation. I had a bucket of 5 liters with me (I took it for washing clothes for myself and my child), and they washed off the "big things" with it.
I must say that at first we were settled in apartments, because all the rooms were occupied. And for several days we lived in a two-room suite overlooking the sea. Everything was in order with the bathroom and the toilet, and in general it was much cooler : ) by an order of magnitude. I will not describe in detail, because usually people take a standard number.

Each room has a clothes dryer (clothespins were taken with you).
The pool is bigger (water up to the chest for an adult) + pool for the kids (daughter waist-deep). Next to the beds with mattresses.
Near the lobby of the bar on the shore there is a swing (from the view, one of them was slightly broken by the middle of our stay, which, however, did not prevent them from riding, it only made riding more extreme. Before our departure, they were not repaired), hanging (all 3) on one crossbar on legs. The legs are not dug in and not fixed in any way. So if it's good to swing - an adult should be on the alert. If two children are swinging, two adults should hold the legs of this wonderful design on both sides. Nearby is a tiny slide and a larger slide (also staggering, and cracked at the top, however, glued together). There is a plastic house just above the height of the child. When my daughter got used to it, she loved to spend time on this tiny playground.
It is allowed to sit at the tables of the lobby bar with a beautiful view of the sea only if the order is made in the lobby (we had all inclusive, and did not want to pay extra in the lobby). Just people from the beach and from the neighboring hotel come to the same lobby - to drink coffee, beer, eat. And the children who came with their parents from the beach ride on the swings...
There are tables near the second restaurant, but because of the lobby, the sea is not visible from there (but you can hear it ; )).

The food is normal, everything is delicious, the baby always had something to feed. For lunch, most often the child ate soup (they didn’t eat if the soup was spicy, and even spicy for me), there was always a cold drink for lunch (kefir with cucumbers : ) - we don’t eat). Even if there was no soup, there was always meat and potatoes (my daughter and I are terrible meat-eaters). In general, there was always meat for lunch and dinner in one form or another (only 2 times in 18 days I had to give the child a smoked sausage). Vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, cucumbers + tomatoes, cabbage. Olives. For lunch and dinner there was a watermelon, which was cut and served all the time. Melon was rare. There was also a bowl with chopped fruit (peach + banana + apple + orange), which was not replenished. Everything was interspersed in it, and you had to rummage in order to dig out, for example, a banana or peaches. If I "dropped" peaches (a total of 1 peach), then after me there was nothing to do there. With a banana, the same story - 1 chopped banana for the whole bowl, and the aunts, who loved him very much, came exactly at 8.00 and "digged out" the whole banana for themselves. The apples were mostly sour, so no one "digged" them. The sweet choice is not rich - either a cake, or pudding, or sweet semolina, or baked apples. But everything is delicious. There was always katoshka, rice, often pasta (I can’t say about their constant presence, because we always took vegetables, potatoes and meat or chicken). Not every day, but there were mussels, mackerel, and some other very tasty fish. In general, everything cooked in the restaurant was very tasty, not spicy (you can safely eat a baby), the meals eaten were replenished again. The only negative was that there was no heating under the bowls of food. Those. when meat or potatoes are just brought in, they are, of course, hot. But if they have already lain down a little - then, excuse me, eat cooled down.
From 11.00 to 13.00 in the second restaurant there was pizza, from 15.00 to 17.00 in the same place - ice cream and all sorts of cookies. From 11.00 to 23.00 in the second restaurant for coffee, cappuccino, etc. (all from the machine), wine (white and red, very young, even with gaziki and without a bouquet, but there was an "effect" from it), strong alcoholic drinks, water, 2 types of yupi and some other clear water with the signature " apple", and, it seems, "currant". I find it difficult to say exactly, because the child was given only water and tea (sometimes hot chocolate from the machine) - we are for a healthy diet. Yes, in the restaurant where lunch and dinner were served, there was only beer, and you had to go to a second restaurant for wine. But I didn't always want to go. It was probably intended for this.
In general, the staff is friendly and everyone smiles. But! The service is sooo unobtrusive. When we arrived at the hotel at 21.05 with two suitcases, two bags, two umbrellas and a tiny backpack, with a sleeping child, a man at the reception of a strong physique told us that we were late for dinner, handed me 3 more bags of dry rations, gave me the key, and waved his hand towards the sea, saying in broken Russian that we were in another building. I must say that we came across steps 2 times along the path, which was very inopportune with so many things, and even not in daylight. And the man went out into the street, collapsed in a chair and looked at us, two women pulling suitcases and a child. After we dragged our things, I went to ask him where we can have breakfast tomorrow, if we can drink tea now, etc. In response, he tried to say something in broken Russian, making unimaginable passes with his hands. In short, they were looking for everything.
In the second restaurant, a very smiling girl is not too eager to clean the dishes. Sometimes, all the tables were filled with dirty dishes and there was simply nowhere to sit. Well, of course, a person gets tired, yet all day and seven days a week, and she also needs to smoke. Sometimes she inserted canapé skewers into her ice cream, which caused great delight. In general, everyone is very friendly and nice.

For all the time there were no Russian speakers in the hotel except us, in the last days of our stay a family of Ukrainians appeared.
