We chose this hotel because it is in the best city in Bulgaria and is located in the very center, close to the park and the sea.
Why do I and my family consider this hotel to be the best in Bulgaria? Of course, there are hotels more expensive and more modern, but the uniqueness of the location of this hotel and the amazing view from the room (especially on the upper floors and in the Panorama restaurant) are the best.
The hotel staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast manager at the Panorama restaurant (a tall bald man): if you didn’t finish your cake or fruit and wanted to do it in your room, he would identify, stop, make a remark and demand that you leave everything in the restaurant. So close to personal inspection.
In addition to this annoying little thing, absolutely everything in the Cherno More hotel in Varna is at the highest level! Would I recommend this hotel? MANDATORY AND DEFINITELY!
