Room cleaning every day; change of towels and bed linen every three days; food selection is not large but there is something tasty every day and there are enough vegetables.
You can't dive into the pool, just swim.
The staff is very friendly, everyone tries to please. The manager is young and smart - if he sees that there is a problem somewhere, he gets up and helps.
The hotel has three elevators, there are enough of them for 14 floors.
You also need to be prepared that large, about 7-8 cm, green jumping horses can jump into the room through the balcony))). They are safe for people but unpleasant).
Taxis to the water park in Albena are 20.
Opposite the hotel there is a good restaurant, if you want to just sit with a view of the sea.
