Очень плохой отель! Very bad hotel!

The hotel clearly does not pull on 4 stars, rather solid 2 and then I doubt it! Rested from 21.06. 10 to 02.07. 10 with a child. The food is bad, for all 12 days of rest the menu has not been changed even once, the choice is very small, only apples from fruits, oranges were sometimes watermelons (underripe), in the "restaurant" or rather, it's hard to eat in the dining room even for an adult, yelling music and animators! The children's menu offered French fries, fried sausages and ketchup, once there was mashed potatoes, funny and insulting at the same time! There are no cups in the hotel, in the morning they drank coffee and tea from plastic cups, during the entire stay I have never seen a teaspoon, they offer to put sugar in canteens, unable to withstand such madness for 3 days, I went and bought myself a cup! The location of the hotel is not very good, it’s not very convenient to get to the beach in hot weather, especially with a child, a small street and tourist buses run constantly, the road back to a rather steep hill takes 10-15 minutes, it’s hard to imagine this way without a stroller! Nearby is the VIVA hotel where the animation is round the clock and it is not possible to sleep, the music is constantly yelling! The elevators in the hotel itself are very slow, it's faster to get there on foot! Accommodation in the room upon arrival only after 14.00, we arrived at 12.00 and two hours waiting in the lobby of the hotel, where by the way it is very smoky, because you can smoke everywhere except the dining room, and there are ashtrays on every corner, when you are with a child it is not very pleasant! After 17.00 the hotel generally closes everything! For children, apart from the playroom, which is open two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening, there is nothing else! The gym is generally one name, there are 2 exercise bikes and a table for playing table tennis! The only plus that I noticed is that the rooms are quite spacious and in most cases with a sea view, but that's where its pluses end! The hotel is clearly not worth the money they ask for it! I do NOT recommend this hotel!
