I had the impression that we are there every year and we all know why we need to explain something. linen was changed almost every day (we did not leave any tips), the food is not very diverse, there are many fruits, but not the first freshness. what was left, for example, from dinner in the morning was seen in other dishes (for example, in casseroles, in pizza), something like jelly was given from the remaining fruits. For 3 days I tried to get an iron, I explained that in addition to the flight, we still had to travel on the train for a day, I needed to iron the child’s things, but I didn’t achieve it. they have 3 irons for the whole hotel, they handed them out, but they didn’t write down the room numbers. like this. there are a lot of Germans, they are very loved and respected there. no animation, children's in German again and in Bulgarian. not very clean, they don’t bother about it there (why should they wash the glass on the doors, they’ll get dirty again) the beach is dirty (bulls, plastic glasses) the sea is also not clean, onion heads, gaskets, etc. were floating when they left the same I didn’t really like the attitude, not goodbye, nothing. In general, we did not like the hotel. who speaks English or German is easier. If I ever go again, I won't go to this hotel for sure. for 4 stars, he does not pull it for sure, and you can’t put more than 3 for service.
