This is not our first time at the GRIFID HOTEL VISTAMAR.

We rested with my husband. After the repair/reconstruction it became even more attractive. It is immediately clear that they did not save money on the designer. Modern loft style pleases the eye. The hotel positions itself as 4 * (stars), but here you can give all 5 + *. I know what I'm saying, we have been traveling around the world for a very long time and there are such “five” ones that are very far from Vistamar. And so about everything in order. Settlement - more on that below. Room - my husband and I booked a Concept sea view room. Magnificent room on the 5th floor, spacious. Everything corresponds to the photos stated on the official website of the hotel.

Loft-decoration of the room. Windows to the floor. Large balcony - sofa with cushions, swing chair, table (+ashtray), original clothes dryer. The room has a king-size bed, a sofa with pillows, a table with a built-in mini-bar.

By the way, it was replenished regularly - every day (two beers, two waters, cola and fanta), there was no need to run after anyone. Cleaning-staff handled this well. One wicker chair, a 50’’ TV set on the wall, a large mirror in a wicker frame – stands on the floor. There is no bathroom as such. It's still loft style. Two sinks are located in the “hallway” area, here is a shower, separated only by a folding door made of frosted glass + an original clothes hanger in the form of a ladder made of thin logs (tree trunks) and a wicker basket for dirty linen / towels. Towels were changed daily, in addition, all kinds of figures of swans, sea waves, hearts, etc. were made on the bed. The toilet closes with a normal door, everything is OK with that. Toilet paper rolls were replenished regularly. The room was always well cleaned. In general, the cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. Cleaning-staff - they try very hard, they clean and wash something somewhere all day long.
Everything is neat and clean everywhere.

Sea view direct, first line. Every day I met the sun in the morning. Sunrise is just a miracle that every day it rises and everything starts anew, as if from scratch...(sunrise at 06:08.06:09, and every day + one minute. there was plenty of sea. Food - our room (Concept sea view room) includes the "Ultra All Inclusive" service, which means that we could use not only all the restaurants, bars and cafes, so to speak, "public", but also the SKY bar on the roof. There we also ordered (free / it was included in the price) a-la carte dinner (for all other guests 36 lev one person). We also ordered a-la carte dinners - Bulgarian cuisine, Italian cuisine and classic cuisine. They have already passed on the ground floor of the hotel in a special area. Unfortunately, we did not get to other a-la carte dinners at the neighboring Bolero hotels - Asian and Mexican cuisine, Metropol - Fusion a la carte restaurant (9-step molecular menu). Everything was busy.
I want to say one thing - the one who wants to lose weight, that is, on a diet, then he is definitely not here. The food here is excellent and varied! Fish and seafood, meat - veal, lamb, beef, pork; poultry - chicken and turkey; sliced ​ ​ stewed and raw vegetables, all kinds of salads, fruits and sweets. For lunch and dinner, two more types of soup. Well, we also got (August 9) to a gala dinner (+ live music and a performance / concert in the evening) - there was a firework of tastes, dishes and ways to serve them ....Simply gorgeous!! ! The cafe on the ground floor offers a large selection of coffee and confectionery. How delicious everything is, but you have to think about the figure.

In the snack bar you can enjoy freshly prepared pizzas, hamburgers and other fast food. The lobby bar, pool bar and beach bar offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails.

I really want to note and say a HUGE THANK YOU to the girls serving us at the a-la carte dinners (Bulgarian, classic and Italian cuisine). Their names were Zlata and Mina. They are great fellows!! ! Served quickly, always with a smile, told what this dish is made of. The pool is after reconstruction, so it seemed to me that it became larger. Added sunbeds around the pool. We got to such a time that there were very, very many vacationers (Romanians, Bulgarians, Germans). It was very noisy, but I repeat again Cleaning-staff - they worked very well! Cleaned up constantly. The boys from the bar promptly removed used glasses and coffee cups from the tables. Change of towels (Change of towels) takes place here by the pool, in a special room, next to the toilets. As I said earlier, our room (Concept sea view room) includes the service "Ultra All Inclusive", which means we could use the pool on the roof of the hotel.
It is small (for an amateur), those who do not like the noise at the large pool, then this is it. There are good sunbeds with mattresses and wicker-macramé umbrellas. Everything is very stylish. There is also a shower and toilet + the aforementioned SKY bar.

The sea - the sea in its place! Warm, gentle, yellow sand, a normal entrance to the sea - not too gentle and not too sharply deep. Umbrellas and sun loungers are "in price". There are enough of them, since the beach area for GRIFID HOTEL - her (VISTAMAR, BOLERO, METROPOL) is very large. You can always find a place. Although there were such individuals who occupied sunbeds in the morning (before breakfast) and did not come all day. Information about what sunbeds would not occupy is located in many places in the hotel. In this case, beach-boys worked very well, they figured out who was doing it well, collected towels in a plastic bag and placed them near the beach bar. An unlucky (or rather ill-mannered) owner could find them there and pick them up. Beach / sand in the morning put in order, cleaned.
Not quite perfect, but this section of the beach was much cleaner than near "ADMIRAL-a". The only thing we did not find (a service that we rely on) is a privileged beach area with bar service (as stated on the official website of the hotel - privileged beach area with bar service). It's a pity!


Animators - children and adults are engaged all day and EVERY day! Something that many other hotels don't. Near the large pool there is a stage and a children's corner. They really take care of the kids there. Games, competitions and dances, all with children. And several animators immediately together. Entertainment is also provided for adults. Bocha, beach volleyball, aqua aerobics, water polo and much more. We did not see everything, as we spent more time by the sea or on excursions. In the evening, it is obligatory 1 hour - a children's disco and then about an hour and a half performance for adults. Or the animators themselves or invited groups and artists. In general, they did not let me get bored.
The program for all the events of the day is hanging in the hotel lobby. More than once we heard the conversation of vacationers from other hotels - “how great, fun it is here, but we don’t have this ... ”.

Well, now, as usual, there should be a spoonful of honey in a barrel of honey. Check-in/check-in at the hotel. Let me remind you once again that we are not the first time in this hotel and we remember many services (which the hotel provides) from the last time. We were not told about any service!! ! No place to change towels, no free a-la carte dinners, no GRIFID taxi service, no exclusive Concept sea view room service for guests - not a word at all!! ! Not that men need a dress code for dinner (long trousers)! And if the person came for the first time! ? But what struck me the most was that it was stated on the official website of the hotel Languages ​ ​ spoken: Bulgarian, English, German, French, Russian”, the service staff (I don’t want to call them otherwise) absolutely NOT A WORDS in Russian.
And now, only the next day, we managed to catch/meet (accidentally) at the reception desk a girl who spoke Russian. We do not know her name (she did not have a badge - badge), she apparently has a higher status than the attendants - she resolved all disputes. Thank you very much for your help!! ! In general, the holiday was a success! All negativity will be forgotten and only good memories will remain! VISTAMAR - we love you very much and hope that we will come again to bask in the sun, swim in the gentle sea and feel all the care of the hotel for our loved ones!! ! I recommend this hotel to everyone. He is really very good!! !
